    I am still walking to Mordor, although it has been a while since I checked in.
    I have just got to Bree and am now 25km from Midgewater Marshes West.

    Yeah....my body didn't like the C25K idea... sigh I struggled with week 1. I'm not even gonna attempt week 2. At least, not at this stage. I've got to get out of this flare first. C'est la vie. At least I tried it.

    Don’t worry about that! It took me forever to finish. And I still walk faster than I run, so what’s the point? ( purely from a transportation standpoint)

    Also as I recall, the only (non-battle) runners were Aragorn, Gimli and Legolas while the were tracking Merry and Pippin after their abductionby the Orcs. Frodo and Sam just plodded along:)

    I'm in good company then. :D

    Just said goodbye to the Barrow Wight. About 20 miles til I’m having a frosty at the Prancing Pony. It comes in pints!

    Did another 6km this morning and hoping to make it to the Black Rider by the end of the day.
    5.45km remaining.

    I gotta give credit to the app and all of YOU for helping with my weightloss this week. -3lbs and no doubt this all was a HUGE factor in it!

    I'll try not to, but just in case I do, I grabbed a pack of tealights from the convenience store - I hate to be ill-prepared!
