I’m 5’1, just started @ 197lbs and working out at least half hour+ a day and logging in every meal/snack lost 5lbs in one week and a half. We don’t gain weight over night, we will lose just as we gained it!#keepgoing#mentalpush#beyourownbootcampsergeant2

I'm probably about 10lbs heavier in the pic on the right. 2 years of weight training. 5'1"ish

I made the mistake of not taking pictures. I'm just under 5'2" and started at 232lbs and got down to 137lbs. Then I had another baby so I have to do part of it all over again. Lol did almost all of it with keto.2

My first progress photo so go easy on me! I'm finally feeling the changes and do see a bit of change too.
It's been slow - but its happening!
I'm 4ft 11 inches short!
Heighest weight was 10 stone 13lbs - the left hand photo was taken at around 9 stone 13 lbs
right photo is 8 stone 7lbs - only about 10lbs left to go! Apologies for the lack of trousers!5 -
I'm 5'2" and weighed 190 when I started MFP. I'm at 135 right now and have 10 more pounds to go to get to my goal weight.7
