I'm putting myself on a journey to 110 lbs. Need to lose 41.6 lbs.
Journey started at 151.6 lbs Feb. 6, 2018I need to save my life.

2/17: 239.6
+1.2 lbs. Ate perfectly except high in sodium, 10,206 steps. Not a great start, but I'm staying optimistic, I know weight fluctuates.
2/18: 238.6
-1 lb. Again, high in sodium, but I'm eating very clean today and drinking lots of water to make up for the last 2 days. 10,121 steps and 30 min. arms and abs.

Yay! We got a foot of new snow overnight and it’s still coming down, so we’re about to go do a workout by digging my Jeep out! Then heading to town to get supplies while we still can. Blizzards can’t stop us from staying on plan!

02/19 - 67.9 kgs : disappointed at myself for the last two days. I sabotage myself during the weekend hence this slow gain. I didn’t eat well and ate more than I should have. Well no point dwelling on it. Onto improvement ! Today I’ve set myself few goals, so will be achieving that and hopefully in a weeks time I’ll see results for it!

2/17: 158 lbs: I took a HIIT Burn Carb Cycling quiz to boost my metabolism. I may try it out if my weight continues to maintain no matter what I do instead of losing any.
2/18: 158.2 lbs: Stayed within my calories but spent the day vegging and shopping. I loathe shopping, but my pants were HUGE and my underwear is falling off. Lol

02/17 / 240.6 / I was at this same weight last week, lots of fluctuations. Doing at least SOME exercise every day.
02/18 / 242.4/ Not unexpected. Like a fool, I made marshmallow treats with rice chex. Not a good plan. Remind me never to do that again! I'm on day 18 of exercising at least some every day. My eating right now is rocky. I've been hungry the past couple of days.

2-17 - drive drive drive
We left yesterday after the movers were finished and we had finished cleaning. I stuck to my calorie goal (partly bec. of no breakfast!) Drove from Eugene, OR, to Ashland, OR. Lovely drive, even if we were tired. Stopped early, and I ate a nice, healthful dinner.

Ashland to Stockton, CA, yesterday, and on to Barstow, CA, today. Beautiful drive through the Central Valley - almond trees in glorious bloom (and nothing smells sweeter- like honey in the air!). I ate mindfully and within limits, and had no evening snacks bec. my dog was barfy on the trip so no little shares of my stuff, and I didn't want to eat in front of her. For some reason I've been unable to sign into community with my iPad, so missed yesterday. Maybe TMI?

@puttyputty Yes, they are. This is our second move since May (then it was NC to OR, now OR to IN), and it's our 5th cross-country move in 9 years. We'll be in an apt. while we house hunt, but then I think I'll stay there a good long time! But it's been an adventure, and living in different parts of the country has been interesting.6 -

I used a different scale today and I have been staying within my macros ....if this really happened this past week I was having a late dinner....9 -

02/17 - 64.1kg - I've been sitting at this for a few days, hoping to see a shift this round down into the 63s...
02/18 - 64.7 kg - date night last night, high carb, high sodium dinner and no water!
02/19 - 64.3kg - Went over my calories but ate mindfully. Water was down as I was out of the house all day. Back to intermittent fasting this week working towards my mini-goal.
