Picked myself up and decided to make the most out of this week! My fiance and I joined a gym have signed up for some group spin classes. Planning on going to the gym 2-3 times a week to start off. Changing my EOM goal to 159 lbs to get back to where I was, without it being too much of a stretch.

 I'm actually in maintenance right now, so if my weight stays the same +/- a couple pounds I don't mind. I'm adding in cardio for a real slow weight loss until April. In April, I'm going back into a cut, so I hope to see most of my weight loss there.
