I maintained nicely around 143 from October to Dec...then is started creeping back up to 145. Working on getting it down to 140...slowly but surely...

Curious about tomorrow. I exercised quite a bit today, had plenty of water, and ate well within my calorie goal without a bunch of salt. But, I expect to be sore and have a bit of inflammation so could be either up or down.12 -
This will be my first round! I missed the first few days but I'm excited to see what happens!

Looking to make goal weight by the end of April, so my mini goal is -850g per round.

02/17 - 64.1kg - I've been sitting at this for a few days, hoping to see a shift this round down into the 63s...
02/18 - 64.7 kg - date night last night, high carb, high sodium dinner and no water!
02/19 - 64.3kg - Went over my calories but ate mindfully. Water was down as I was out of the house all day. Back to intermittent fasting this week working towards my mini-goal.
02/20 - 64.1kg - Grrrrrr. One day of being properly back on track and I haven't made goal weight yet. How infuriating Jokes aside, I was a little miffed not to be under 64kg. Maybe tomorrow?

02/17 Out of town today, but yesterday was 166.4; I need strength today to keep away from all the stuff that my parents keep at their house—cookies, nuts, doughnuts, you name it. It’s here! Think I’ll go out for a long walk before they get up and before the rain begins again!
02/18 No access to scales this day either. Back to normal on Monday.
02/19 = 164.8 YAY!!! Below my original goal. Changing that goal now to 150 (normal BMI for me)

02/18 - 140.1lb!!! Carb heavy day yesterday and was in the arena from 7am till 9pm! Must try harder today...
02/19 - 139.20lb - happier! Comp day 2 and another 14 hours but did actually get out the arena for an hour yesterday lunchtime so walked to a nearby cafe for soup and a roll at lunchtime and also tried to drink more water - bit of a walk and fresh air must have done me good! Back to reality today so no reason not to have a good week
02/20 - 138.20lb - bit of a "whoosh" I think yesterday and feel so much better for it today - less bloated mainlyl! Have all my food with me for the day and dinner is planned and ready to go when home from the gym tonight so all looking good.

02/17...144.. not sure about that increase... Got in 15 min on ellip and 1.5 in gym yesterday. Muscles delightfully sore. I'm hoping it's water weight in recovering muscles. My goal for this round is to lose a pound (or more)
02/18... 142... no exercise except walking around a mall after I showed up a week earlier for a group lunch. LOL Love this drop.
02/19..142 Holding... that's ok... Ate very clean, lots of veggies yesterday, did about 20 min exercising in pool on my own. Today, eating out at happy hour but no alcohol. That should help with the calories and water retention. Planning on either gym or elliptical.
02/20... 142.6 to 143... Got on scale, 142.6. Went back to bed for a bit, got up, went to bathroom, weighed and weight went up despite no drinking water, etc. Go figure. Had a great workout yesterday, went to happy hour: had club soda and lettuce wraps. Maybe club soda has a lot of sodium? Lemon water to the rescue!

02/18: 136.0 - This might be ovulation water weight? Not sure.
02/19: 136.4 - I was feeling stressed yesterday and made a conscious decision to eat at maintenance. I don’t think it really helped, since I still felt hungry.
02/20: 136.8 - Ate great yesterday. I really think this is ovulation, I got acne popping up now, too.

02/17: 181.4 well this is very hard to own. A full 10 lbs up since before Christmas. I had the holidays, 2 long weekend trips out of town with a lot of rich food, and then a 10 day bout of vertigo where I ate everything in the kitchen just trying to settle my stomach (didn't work). I hope to see a couple of lbs of water weight drop off quickly. Plan for today to drink water before each meal and measure my portions.
02/18: 181.2 at least it wasn't up. I drank my water yesterday and mostly stayed within my plan- I did eat some oreo thins. those are a major trigger food for me for some reason! now that they are gone, I will never buy them again. plan for today: gym and costco to stock up for the month on healthy stuff. gonna eat before I go so I don't make dumb choices.
02/19: 179.8 Happy to see this number. I don't know why psychologically it feels so much better to drop a decade even if in reality it only is 1.5 lbs. I guess it's the same mentality where your brain thinks something that is 1.99 is much better deal than 2$? Anyway plan for today: NO ALCOHOL AND NO ADDED SUGAR. These are the things that make it HARD for me to stick to my plan, so they make it HARD for me to meet my goals. Drinking all my water as well!
