I have just joined and not sure how to track some of my exercise. My Fitbit automatically syncs but I also do work on the treadmill, eg running, incline walks, etc.
Do I track both or just let my fitibit do the talking?

If your fitbit is syncing, then that should be enough, you don't need to double report the exercise.1
