JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS | Round 32

Looking to make goal weight by the end of April, so my mini goal is -850g per round.

SW: 90kg
CW: 64.1kg
GW: 57-59kg

The Daily Plan: Average 1300 calories per day across the round | 2L water daily

02/17 - 64.1kg - I've been sitting at this for a few days, hoping to see a shift this round down into the 63s...
02/18 - 64.7 kg (+0.8kg)- date night last night, high carb, high sodium dinner and no water!
02/19 - 64.3kg (-0.4kg) - Went over my calories but ate mindfully. Water was down as I was out of the house all day. Back to intermittent fasting this week working towards my mini-goal.
02/20 - 64.1kg (-0.2kg) - Grrrrrr. One day of being properly back on track and I haven't made goal weight yet. How infuriating Jokes aside, I was a little miffed not to be under 64kg. Maybe tomorrow?
02/21 - 63.9kg (-0.2kg) - Yay! I weighed myself twice this morning, who knows why (I do, I did a poo and I was curious, keep it real folks) and this is the higher of the two weigh-ins hahaha. Celebrating being back to a 63 number and still working hard for that mini-goal.

02/22 - 63.5kg (-0.4kg) - almost at my mini-goal. Very exciting times. I've got a big weekend of dining out and drinking so I am going to have to use all my smarts and willpower to get to 63.25 and stay there for Monday. Ending a round on a Monday seems extra harsh to me

02/17 Out of town today, but yesterday was 166.4; I need strength today to keep away from all the stuff that my parents keep at their house—cookies, nuts, doughnuts, you name it. It’s here! Think I’ll go out for a long walk before they get up and before the rain begins again!
02/18 No access to scales this day either. Back to normal on Monday.
02/19 = 164.8 YAY!!! Below my original goal. Changing that goal now to 150 (normal BMI for me)
02/20 = 164.4 Oh man, if I can just keep this going!
02/21 = 165.8 Food at dinner out last night tasted really salty even though I ordered well and ate within calories. This will pass.

02/17: 155.0 Still TOM water weight. Hoping a solid day today will help get me closer to lowest weight last week. We will see. Hoping to fit in a run outside today or tomorrow.

02/21: 155.4 I've been bad about weighing and checking in. Schedule is all changed up this week! I also haven't been tracking calories on these days. Back to business yesterday; ran 3.3 miles and got fitted for good quality running shoes! Planning on signing up for an April 5k.

02/22: 156.6 No idea where this number is coming from. Tracked, ate well, and was active. We will see.

02/22: 169.2 - aw yeah baby! This is great. Last night I went to an Italian place and ordered pasta, but I stopped when I got full, which was about 1/3 of the way in. I took the rest home as leftovers and didn't eat anything else the rest of the night, and went to bed early. And I lost weight! I shall call it "the pasta diet" hahahahaha....

02/21 - 228lbs

02/22 - 226.2lbs. Alright. Back in the right direction! I was on top of my steps yesterday and cooked some fish and veggies for lunch and was actually so full from that and ended up not eating dinner. I didn't have the intention to skip dinner, but by the time I started thinking about it, it was already 9:30 and I didn't want to eat that late. Hoping to stay on top of everything today so that I can keep seeing that number go down!

02/17: no scale/ lots of walking and unhealthy eating Thursday and Friday at Disney
02/18: 144.8 (again, quick jump up after a couple of days of not tracking, off to the gym in a couple hours)

02/17...144.. not sure about that increase... Got in 15 min on ellip and 1.5 in gym yesterday. Muscles delightfully sore. I'm hoping it's water weight in recovering muscles. My goal for this round is to lose a pound (or more)
02/18... 142... no exercise except walking around a mall after I showed up a week early for a group lunch. LOL Love this drop.
02/19..142 Holding... that's ok... Ate very clean, lots of veggies yesterday, did about 20 min exercising in pool on my own. Today, eating out at happy hour but no alcohol. That should help with the calories and water retention. Planning on either gym or elliptical.
02/20... 142.6 to 143... Got on scale, 142.6. Went back to bed for a bit, got up, went to bathroom, weighed and weight went up despite no drinking water, etc. Go figure. Had a great workout yesterday, went to happy hour: had club soda and lettuce wraps. Maybe club soda has a lot of sodium? Lemon water to the rescue!
02/21...143.. Did 50 on ellip, then went to movies and had a junior cheeseburger and some Good 'N Plenty. It was fun. Today, (to paraphrase Scarlett)is another day. Happy humpday, ya'll.
