Round 32 Goal = work slowly toward new goal weight 127.0
2/17 - 130.0 - starting with a drop back to current low weight. Yesterday under calories, modest walk / stress-bust run.
2/18 - 129.8 - first sight of the under-130's, but likely to be temporary over calories yesterday, knee hurting, did not work out.
2/19 - 129.8 - okay lol. Under calories yesterday, did some resistance training at the gym which I literally hate, and still got my steps in. Struggling to get into some kind of weight training as it's the cure for skinny-fat.
2/20 - 130.0 - Yesterday under calories, 7.4 mile long run. I love running.
2/21 - 129.8 - Yesterday just over calories but well under maint, short rowing session, planned rest day due to other commitments.
REALLY PLEASED to see the weight still lurking around my original goal 130, have not seen this in years, I think the curse of hitting 132, giving up, and starting to gain is FINALLY BROKEN. We will see! Even announcing that scared me a little
2/22 - 130.2 - over calories no workout ... have to admit work ate me alive yesterday! Today... dental work

@str82nichelle - I'm glad you got a laugh! I hope I didn't come across as someone stealing from her, or pressuring her to give me her food. I honestly think she's been trying to (at least unconsciously) keep me fat all these years (she LOVES fat babies). The most common pattern I've had to deal with is her offering me food constantly (often half her plate at restaurants because she eats like a bird). Last night was different. I asked her, though I did it very nicely and would have accepted no for an answer
BTW... I love your profile pic thingie/avatar/whatever. You may have inspired me to try to look for something clever.3 -

That one wasn't me, but I know I "wooed" a few people a couple of months ago because I though I was cheering them on! I hope that's the case for your wooer.
Are we clear on the meaning of woo? I always thought it was woo hoo! What else could it mean?
I posted this a few pages back...but this is what the woo reaction is intended for
"Woo, also called woo-woo, is a term for pseudoscientific explanations that share certain common characteristics, often being too good to be true (aside from being unscientific). The term is common among skeptical writers. Woo is understood specifically as dressing itself in the trappings of science (but not the substance) while involving unscientific concepts, such as anecdotal evidence and sciencey-sounding words."

@puddlegoober --I kinda had the feeling she just didn't want it and was a light eater when you said you all have been doing that for 14.5 years.
Oh yeah, I use to be a basketball junkie too. I played with the boys in our backyard growing up, at school with the girls and then with the guys up until I was about 40. I still toss the ball around in the backyard now, but the Doc said no physical contact, and to be honest the body can't take it no more. So, enjoy it as long as you're physically able because it is a GREAT workout.3 -
I'm in and definitely more motivated!

2-17 - drive drive drive
We left yesterday after the movers were finished and we had finished cleaning. I stuck to my calorie goal (partly bec. of no breakfast!) Drove from Eugene, OR, to Ashland, OR. Lovely drive, even if we were tired. Stopped early, and I ate a nice, healthful dinner.
2-18 more driving
Ashland to Stockton, CA, yesterday, and on to Barstow, CA, today. Beautiful drive through the Central Valley - almond trees in glorious bloom (and nothing smells sweeter- like honey in the air!). I ate mindfully and within limits, and had no evening snacks bec. my dog was barfy on the trip so no little shares of my stuff, and I didn't want to eat in front of her. For some reason I've been unable to sign into community with my iPad, so missed yesterday. Maybe TMI?
2-19 travel, but no driving today (except to WalMart, laundromat, & to eat!)
We spent the day in Barstow because of high winds to the east and bad (snowy) roads through the mountains by Flagstaff. Hoping for good travel conditions tomorrow. Eating what I want but staying within my goals pretty much. It's motivating to check in with all you good eaters out there!
2-20 more driving
Seriously beautiful day for a drive through the desert from Barstow, CA, to Phoenix, AZ. Looking forward to tomorrow, Tucson and east into New Mexico and north to Albuquerque. Had dinner with a fb friend I'd never met in person before - the magic of social media! Stayed within calories for the day, even with one Reese's peanutbutter cup. ;-)
2-21 driving again
Stuck to my calories. Macros not so much, and Chinese last night so I'm feeling puffy. Otherwise, great drive! Phoenix through Tucson to Las Cruces today, then north to Albuquerque and Amarillo tomorrow.
2-22 guess what we're doing today?
Still in NM - it's a big state! Hoping to get to Tulsa tomorrow, but may stop sooner. I had Mexican food tonight in a cute little cafe, but still stayed within calorie bounds. I'm hopeful about maintaining - will find out next week!
2-23 still driving?
2-24 maybe we've arrived?

I lost 40 on MFP earlier when I had time to exercise. I have gone back to work full time and gained weight due to not having as much time to make meals at home and exercise as much. I have started regular exercise and we make most meals at home and I stopped the weight gain. Now to lose and keep it off while working full time and loving it.
goals:
tweek breakfast my weak spot
get back to regular exercise after a bad cold
up water intake
healthy meals at home (have a night meeting coming up so probably bring leftovers to work)
I don't have to lose a specific amount but just get the trend going the right way for this less than 10 days.
Day/Weight/Comment:
02/17 - 258 - my weight varies a lot daily so I keep a spreadsheet and I am using it to fill in these days I missed
02/18 - 261 - I have had a cold so trying to get rest to get over it finally
02/19 - 259 - looking forward to Aquafit tonight now that I am better.
02/20 - 261 - Aquafit was nice, the next day was so busy I didn't eat lunch
02/21 - 261 - had lunch but had a night meeting so no Aquafit or dinner until late

First challenge for me ... need to shift this weight. I've been trying to do this for the last few years and get so far and give up. My weight has yo-yo'ed. I now have a huge health reason to get it off and keep it off. I'm going to be 40lb lighter at least, come July. I'm in this for the long hall. Late to the party but every day helps!

Looking to make goal weight by the end of April, so my mini goal is -850g per round.
SW: 90kg
CW: 64.1kg
GW: 57-59kg
The Daily Plan: Average 1300 calories per day across the round | 2L water daily
02/17 - 64.1kg - I've been sitting at this for a few days, hoping to see a shift this round down into the 63s...
02/18 - 64.7 kg (+0.8kg)- date night last night, high carb, high sodium dinner and no water!
02/19 - 64.3kg (-0.4kg) - Went over my calories but ate mindfully. Water was down as I was out of the house all day. Back to intermittent fasting this week working towards my mini-goal.
02/20 - 64.1kg (-0.2kg) - Grrrrrr. One day of being properly back on track and I haven't made goal weight yet. How infuriating Jokes aside, I was a little miffed not to be under 64kg. Maybe tomorrow?
02/21 - 63.9kg (-0.2kg) - Yay! I weighed myself twice this morning, who knows why (I do, I did a poo and I was curious, keep it real folks) and this is the higher of the two weigh-ins hahaha. Celebrating being back to a 63 number and still working hard for that mini-goal.
02/22 - 63.5kg (-0.4kg) - almost at my mini-goal. Very exciting times. I've got a big weekend of dining out and drinking so I am going to have to use all my smarts and willpower to get to 63.25 and stay there for Monday. Ending a round on a Monday seems extra harsh to me
02/23 - 63.9kg (+0.4kg) - Ugh. Under calories all week, got a walk in yesterday and have been drinking my 2L of water each day. Ate dinner at 9:30pm after getting in from an appointment so I assume it's just a big lump of food sitting in my tummy. On wards and downwards!

02/20: 117.8kg/259.7lbs - Up and down, up and down - still eating within calories and exercising, it'll come down soooooon.
02/21: 117.1kg/258.2lbs - Whoooooooosh. Let's keep on marching down, over 35lbs lost now.
02/22: 117.0kg/258.0lbs - Feeling bloated too so hopefully this will keep on dropping.

- found the best definition I could online...
Thank you! Now I just feel awful calling everyone's accomplishments a hoax!! Seems like an odd thing to even have. So to all you, I have woo'd..... WOOOOO HOOOOOO ! I will change my ways!9 -

Starting weight: 228lbs
End of challenge goal weight: 225lbs
Ultimate goal weight: 175lbs
02/21 - 228lbs
02/22 - 226.2lbs. Alright. Back in the right direction! I was on top of my steps yesterday and cooked some fish and veggies for lunch and was actually so full from that and ended up not eating dinner. I didn't have the intention to skip dinner, but by the time I started thinking about it, it was already 9:30 and I didn't want to eat that late. Hoping to stay on top of everything today so that I can keep seeing that number go down!
02/23 - 224.6lbs. Yay! My husband and I are doing a 30 day challenge (started on the 21st) where we take our percentage lost, percentage of days we did Jillian's 30 Day Shred workout and percentage of days we hit at least 10k steps. So far I've lost weight and done my workout and been above 12k steps! I mean, it's only been two days... So I'm going to have to work on keeping my motivation for the full 30 days. That challenge combined with this one is definitely helping keep me accountable.

@nikki062181 is here. Lol I can honestly say I have no clue how many rounds I've done with this group. It's been an amazing support system. 70% of people who start a fitness plan, QUIT.
Not YOU. Not THIS time.
OSW: 202
UGW: 125
CW: 157.4
GW4R4: 156.4
2/17: 158 lbs: I took a HIIT Burn Carb Cycling quiz to boost my metabolism. I may try it out if my weight continues to maintain no matter what I do instead of losing any.
2/18: 158.2 lbs: Stayed within my calories but spent the day vegging and shopping. I loathe shopping, but my pants were HUGE and my underwear is falling off. Lol
2/19: 157.2 lbs: 2 oz. away from a 45 lb. loss. I so badly want to get there.
2/20 156.8 Woo Hoo!!!! I am now at a 45.2 lb loss. I am so thrilled. I did decide to try the HIIT Burn Carb Cycling, so let's see if it works.
2/21: 157.2 Yesterday was my high carb day, and since I worked late, I decided to go out to dinner with my family, and I had 3 taco supremes from Taco Bell. IT WAS YUMMY! Now back to 3 days of low(er) carb.
2/22: 157.8 It was another late night because of Freshman Orientation for my oldest son. I was bad. I didn't do a low carb or low sodium dinner. However, I was still within my carbs because of what I ate all day. My sodium....not so much.
2/23: 157.2 I need to push the fluids. I was under by a ton yesterday.

Round 23 start weight - 145.80
Round 24 start weight - 147.60
Round 25 start weight - 141.60
Round 26 start weight - 141.90
Round 27 start weight - 146.20
Round 28 start weight - 143.20
Round 29 start weight - 140.90
Round 30 start weight - 137.90
Round 31 start weight - 137.90
Round 32 start weight - 140.00
Loss to date - 11.40lbs
Avg loss per round - 1.14lbs
Last round wasn't great - need to make this one count!
02/17 - 139.40lb - slightly down but cheer comp weekend - gonna be tough
02/18 - 140.1lb!!! Carb heavy day yesterday and was in the arena from 7am till 9pm! Must try harder today...
02/19 - 139.20lb - happier! Comp day 2 and another 14 hours but did actually get out the arena for an hour yesterday lunchtime so walked to a nearby cafe for soup and a roll at lunchtime and also tried to drink more water - bit of a walk and fresh air must have done me good! Back to reality today so no reason not to have a good week
02/20 - 138.20lb - bit of a "whoosh" I think yesterday and feel so much better for it today - less bloated mainlyl! Have all my food with me for the day and dinner is planned and ready to go when home from the gym tonight so all looking good.
02/21 - 137.30lb - hurrah! Long live the "whoosh" - or whatever it is that's going on this week! Like this round so far - and hopefully the progress this week will keep me motivated to stay on track for the rest of the week and when we go away at the weekend with the eldest and the grandkids. Watch this space .......
02/22 - 137.50lb
02/23 - 137.90lb - aaarrrgh!! Wrong way!!! Not been over calories so can only assume (hope!) that this is a combination of two nights of carb heavier dinners than normal (wraps one night and burger last night) plus was on a course yesterday where lunch was provided but was all sandwiches and fruit so again more carbs than I would normally have.... And TOM approaching......

02/25 - away so no weigh in Sunday

I should have known any wooers on this thread would have good intentions! I was feeling sensitive, I guess.
R31: 137.0 (1 lb lost)
GW: 130.0
02/17: 134.6 - shed that mysterious water weight! Today is a good day; going on a date with my husband without the kids. We’re going to see Black Panther
02/18: 136.0 - This might be ovulation water weight? Not sure.
02/19: 136.4 - I was feeling stressed yesterday and made a conscious decision to eat at maintenance. I don’t think it really helped, since I still felt hungry.
02/20: 136.8 - Ate great yesterday. I really think this is ovulation, I got acne popping up now, too.
02/21: 136.6 - oops, forgot to weigh until after breakfast!
02/22: 134.8 - my depression made a reappearance yesterday and I overate. Still feeling it today; so far don’t really want to eat.
02/23: 134.0 - in a better headspace today.
