Hey there! This thread is for people wanting to reduce alcohol intake, improve overall wellness and meet weight loss goals. Hello! One of my many indulgence is having a glass of wine or chuhi (Japanese alcohol) 2 or 3x a week. I've definitely lessened my weekend drinking but there's the occasional just have a drink at night. Hopefully by just doing one moth of no alcohol can make a difference!6

I've been lurking on the January and February threads (looking for motivation). I'm ready to do this. I'm aiming for a very slightly damp March as we're going to Disney World this month but, outside of that period, I'm hoping for dryness. Lol!8

I am going out of town March 6-8 and will likely drink. My goal for March is that is only dates where I relax and all of the rest I am alcohol free and meeting my diet goals.3

In for March! I work so hard during the week on my eating and exercise and then completely blow it with weekend drinking and subsequent eating, so stupid! St Patty's Day has always been a big drinking holiday for me but with it being on Saturday this year, hopefully it will lose some of its allure, lol. A lot of the fun is taking the day off work!10

I’m in. On my 48th day. I cannot moderate. Wishing all a successful March in meeting whatever goals you have set for yourself.9

I am in! Love this group!
My goals are going to be a little different than the past two months. My usual goal is to drink once a week on Saturdays only. But March has some unique circumstances. This first weekend I am on an all expenses paid weekend away to a brewery. The fourth Saturday my company will be working the second largest beer fest in the country.
So for those two weekends I will be drinking Friday and Saturday. But I am planning on not drinking at all the other weekends. So at least my month long goal will still only be to drink four days total.
And I plan to keep up my diet, gym and yoga goals going.16 -
