    Does anyone else have sore abs? I am not sure if it was the situps or the burpees -- or maybe I did something really wrong. :D

    I am doing my pushups in sets because of it - being in plank is making my belly really scream!

    I have sore abs too--for me I'm pretty sure it was the sit-ups!! I thought today was the squat lunges....I'm glad I checked before doing them. I've done the Jillian Michaels DVDs and I'm doing Chalean Extreme now, so I am VERY, VERY familiar with push-ups--doesn't mean I love them....

    Sorry--don't remember who wrote this--but our team member who attended her sister's restaurant opening--I think you showed incredible restraint! The fact that you were able to have some of what you wanted but to keep the bigger picture in mind was inspirational. You chose happy AND healthy!!

    The drive-in is a blast!!! We go a couple of times each summer. It's not the best way to watch a movie if you're a purist 'cause there are distractions but to go see something like "Cowboys and Aliens", it's wonderful. Go. go. go!!!!

    I wanted to say thank you to everyone--I haven't been and stayed this motivated for this long (and yes, I know we only started on Mon, so you can imagine my success had stalled out) for quite a few months. I'm choosing differently knowing that other people are counting on me. Hopefully, I'll eventually be able to make those better choices just for myself, but in the meantime, it's working!!!

    I have never been more happy for a friday!! HOLY MOLY!!! can't wait to just kick the last couple days out and have a relaxing sunday!!!

    My week just gets worse day by day. Today I'm really not feeling well and ready to give up on the whole thing. I didn't go to the gym like I usually do but I did my push ups at work. Haha. I don't think I will have weight loss this week and that is sorta frustrating! I hope everything will go back to normal next week.

    ALSO!!! Don't weigh in until Sunday!!!

    just wondering what squat lunges are, can't really find anything that makes it clear, hope we are all ready for the last day!

    Alright ladies! It's the last day of week 1!!! Today's challenge: 25 squat lunges. I'm not EXACTLY sure what they are, but here's a video showing what we're going to do!! http://www.ehow.com/video_2351882_squat-lunge-combo-exercise.html If you have a kettlebell, you can use that for a little extra UMPH!

    got the lunges in--did 25 for each leg. don't know about staying under calories--I'll really try--it's my son's birthday party which I have to get ready for so no time for workout...blah, blah.
    Keeping my fingers crossed for the weigh in tomorrow....

    i've done 5 on each leg so far and it's getting really hard, did a 4 mile leslie sansone this morning so my leg are already saying they've had enough, think i should have done these first

    I walked the silver comet trail yesterday with my kids! It's 4.2 miles each way so check off 8.4 miles for our team! I definitely plan to do some more walking tomorrow. It's raining today :mad: Great job team! Everyone keep up the great work!

    I had to have two teeth pulled on Monday and have not felt like doing the exercises. Hopefully i will be able to start back on the program today.
