Changing lifestyle from low carb to keto. Decided I needed to use mfp to meet my daily goals. I'm from Carthage, TN. Married no kids. Current weight is 480lbs so I got a long haul to get to goal weight. Recently diagnosed with diabetes. I also have high blood pressure and major back and leg pain. Needless to say, I want my health back. Since November I've been in so much pain, I've had to be in bed too much and using a walker. Doctor wants me to have weight loss surgery. Although I might have surgery I'm starting to once again try to lose weight on my own because the process is very long.

I will be rooting for you! 30 more pounds and you are closer to 300 than 400. I do keto too. I hope it works for you to help with your insulin. If you feel like it, go have a look at Jason Fung videos. Very insightful.0

I'm so proud. My mom went from 400 to 275 in 9 months by eating better and just walking. You can do it!!!1
