OP, what are your goals, exactly? Judging by the available equipment mentioned, strength training? I'd look at the Starting Strength or Stronglifts programs. They each have 5 exercises, 4 of which are the same.
But for fitness-related things in general, for me it would be:
- Cycling
- Gaelic Hurling
- Cycling
- Swimming
- Cycling0 -
Walking
Pushups
Barbells
Squats
Lunges0 -
All I do is lifting and cardio.
Of course, w/in those categories, I do more than 5 things.
I only do 5 basic compound lifts (DL, SQT, BP, OHP & Rows) and 3 body weight exercises (pushups, pullups and dips).
For cardio, I just row 10k meters/day. I also hike (3-10 miles/day) once a week when the weather's nice but that really doesn't count for much.0 -

Row
Squats

Yoga is a really good at-home practice. You can make it both very physically challenging, muscle-building, and meditative, if you have the proper practice.0 -
That said, I draw boundaries at the gym. I have a bunch of really good friends there, but if I'm in the middle of a hard set and I see you standing next to me and staring, b*tch, I will not remove my headphones. Catch ya' tomorrow.0

Rowing a double.
Rowing a quad.
Rowing a four with competent (or better) people.
Rowing an eight with semi-competent (or better) people.
Rowing a single.
Five isn't enough. I still want to bike, spin, and generally have active fun with walking/hiking, canoeing, kayaking . . . .
Life is too short for just 5.0 -

Or, you could just say #1 is rowing and add 4 more...

Clearly, you're not a rower.
If you were, you'd understand.
Gonna add 5 more anyway.0 -

I have some equipment @home so I split my workouts between the gym and home and only go to the gym @630a before work so I can get in and get out before the party starts, so I'm not waiting for machines
Elliptical
Ball pass (amazing for core strength)
Kettle bell swing (my favorite new addition)
Dead lift (really like these)
Leg press (gym)/Squats (home)0 -
If I could only do 5 exercises that maximized my sweatiness with limited equipment, they would be:
Walking lunges w/weights
Burpees
Planks or shoulder taps
leg lifts
squat jumps0 -
I think it is all a personal preference. But, for me?
Running, with some incline
Leg press with my legs in multiple positions
Dead Lifts
Bench Press
Lateral Raise (I love the impact on me)0 -
Pilates (Reformer)
Walk
