    I’ve gained 3.8 pounds between Feb. 25 and March 1. I’m not happy about the gain, but I am determined to be successful this month! Good luck to everyone!

    Happy Sunday, everyone!

    Well it was a weird week. Weird few weeks, in fact. In the first and second weeks of February, I flirted with 204 numbers. Then popped back up into 205-206, which is kind of a normal pattern for me.

    Then I jumped up into the 207s. That was rather disheartening, I was stuck there for a while and I really didn't want to go there again. February 28th I was 207.4 and I wasn't too impressed with that. I haven't done much differently either, so I couldn't just look back and say, "Aha! That's why..."

    I had a rather stressful week at work too, which kind of peaked on Thursday.

    Imagine my surprise on Friday when I was back down to 204.9. I did wake up in the night several times to pee (sorry TMI) so maybe it was just water weight and my body decided to let it go all at one time.

    The last 3 days I've been back in 204 territory, and yesterday was a new daily low of 204 even. I was hopeful for a 203 number this morning but no such luck :) Hoping to see more downward movement this month as we're spending more time doing outdoor things.

    Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.

    Lowest since 1999: 195.

    Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.

    MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

    Goal: 180 in however long it takes.

    Last 7 days February 22-28th: 206.8
    February 26th to March 4th: 205.8

    Loss for March: 1 lb.

    MFP Loss: 27.2 lbs.

    Total cumulative loss since mid 2015: 37.2 lbs.

    Spent all week reducing calories and sodium intake. NSV: I was offered a huge cinnamon roll at work. I took it and wrapped it up. When I got home, I gave it to my son. Also I went four nights and no eating during the night.

    Thank you, @Birder165! It was tough and I wanted to cave in especially with the snacking at night. It’s hard every night but I’m waking up happier that I did it in the morning.
