Getting fat working out ?!

I've been working out for 10 days now , I do HIIT workouts 5 times a week 30 minutes daily , I look at the mirror and I notice my lower body has gotten wider even my measurements increased a little
Been eating within calories and I do not eat calories back
What gives ?

    It's only been 10 days. Give it more time. You're expecting results too soon.

    Measure again in 3-5 weeks. If youre logging accurately, you will lose.

    It's been scientifically proven that working out does indeed make you fat.

    You can counter it by staying seated 8 hrs a day and stuffing your face with chocolate and cookies.

    It's science.

    But even if it wasn't it totally makes sense, right? It's just common sense.
