    Spent all week reducing calories and sodium intake. NSV: I was offered a huge cinnamon roll at work. I took it and wrapped it up. When I got home, I gave it to my son. Also I went four nights and no eating during the night.

    Thank you, @Birder165! It was tough and I wanted to cave in especially with the snacking at night. It’s hard every night but I’m waking up happier that I did it in the morning.

    Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.

    Lowest since 1999: 195.

    Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.

    MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

    Goal: 180 in however long it takes.

    Last 7 days February 22-28th: 206.8
    February 26th to March 4th: 205.8

    Loss for March: 1 lb.

    MFP Loss: 27.2 lbs.

    Total cumulative loss since mid 2015: 37.2 lbs.

    Move more, eat less.
