I have been eating healthy and excersicing Atleast 5 days a week .. it’s been like 3 weeks close to a month but I have gain weight is it normal ? Or what cuz I know I have changed my diet and I have NOT been pigging out lol lateley ..

    Could it be that you're building muscle? Sounds like you're doing alot of good for you. Try to stay positive...the community supports your journey.

    3 weeks is too early to tell.
    Track your intake meticulously and loss will follow. Be patient.
