I'm excited for another Round. This group has been amazing for me regardless of whether we speak or not. You can't cross the sea merely by standing and staring at the waters.
OSW: 202
UGW: 125
JGMR5SW: 155.6
GWR5: 154.6
02/27: 155 lbs I had a high carb day yesterday. I ate rice which I haven't had in about a year, numerous tortilla chips. Is the HIIT carb cycling really working, or is it a coincidence? I wonder if this number will be up tomorrow. My guess is yes.
2/28: 156.6 I was totally right! My number is definitely up. This carb cycling thing better work, or I'll cry.
03/01: 156: Going back down again. It's March 1st already! This year is flying by so quickly. Yesterday was incredibly stressful. ISTEP is hard on all involved.
03/02: 156.4 Going to head out to TN at some point today. It's our first ever getaway and my oldest is 14! I am nervous and yet so excited. Also, TOM has arrived. I believe that's the spike in my weight right now.
03/03: No Scale. I'm in Pigeon Forge, and even though I'm watching, I'm also not watching my calories and macros. My husband and I have never been away for any time in our marriage. So, I'm going to enjoy it.
03/04: No Scale. Put in about 15,000 steps yesterday. Will not put many in today since we have a 6 hour drive back to Indiana. The weekend flew by way TOO fast.
03/05: 156.6 Okay. I am good with this number. Now, it is back to the grind and to continue ISTEP.
03/06: 156.4 Well, I am down 2 oz atm. Last day to administer ISTEP for this round. Exhausted.
03/07: 156.6 Hmmm....

Day/Weight/Comment
2/27 = 208.2 (-1.4). This is my expected next day weight drop after basketball. A couple of things - my reconstructed knee hurts. I lifted weights last night, but not at my normal gym, and I didn't get the workout I usually do. I knew it as it was happening; my knee hurt. Basketball was just okay. I felt old, and a little broken, even though I still played relatively well. It was still okay, but I REALLY need to get my workout in, and have that workout IN A WAY THAT WORKS FOR ME. Eating was good yesterday. Two days off before basketball happens again. I might need to consider skipping it at least once, depending on how I'm feeling. I hope my knee feels better.
2/28 = 208.6 (+0.4). Had a planned cheat MEAL (not day) for lunch yesterday, and it was GLORIOUS - Nashville hot chicken sandwich from a place here in LA that never has less than a 2-hour wait (I got a hook-up). I ate accordingly to offset my indulgence (salmon and vegetables for dinner), so a small weight gain here is not an issue. My knee feels better this morning, which is a welcome relief with basketball coming tomorrow night. I should have a decent day calorie-wise, though I know I'll be a bit over in Na+.
3/1 = 207.4 (-1.2). Ate well yesterday, got a bit of a whoosh. This is the time I need to remind myself to stay on track. Don't get too excited. It's okay to be happy, but don't let it make me complacent. I have basketball tonight (I think) and lifting weights at the gym (definitely), so today can be a another great day. I have everything up until dinner pre-planned, and dinner (after basketball) will be light. Need to remember to drink extra water early on this exercise day, and to make sure to get the workout I want at the gym tonight.
3/2 = 206.4 (-1.0). Expected loss after basketball, and a new low. I have to acknowledge something. I've been trying to ignore the fact that my knee has been feeling like crap, and that I'm noticing it getting worse. I haven't slowed down at all yet exercise/basketball-wise, but I'm afraid that I probably should, at least in the short-term. Good day of eating yesterday. Drank plenty of water. Feeling depressed with this rain, and about my knee.
3/3 = 206.6 (+0.2). Tiny gain is not a problem. Ate moderately well yesterday. Had a couple of sweet things, but I did it in moderation. I'm going to the gym today, and I'm going to hyper-focus on getting my bad leg (knee) strong. I am NOT giving up any of my basketball yet, except maybe one day this week (none scheduled today, maybe skip Monday). Trying to fight through this little lull/depression and stay motivated. At least I'm having a great round regarding my weight. It helps, and I needed this. Modifying my challenge goal slightly to stay motivated.
3/4 = 210.6 (+4.0!!!!) The curse of changing my challenge goal returns! I have no words for this. I'm pretty sure I didn't even eat 4 pounds of food yesterday. I get that it was a bad day eating; I was about 1200 calories over maintenance. I also know that I revisited a couple of bad habits that I needed to be reminded of. I'm sure this number will get down in the next couple of days, but SHEESH. I made a decision about my knee that I hope will help (it has in the past), because it HURTS. Meals are all planned for today, and I'll be under my calorie goal.
3/5 = 209 (-1.6). I should be pretty much back to normal by Thursday, but my recent 4-pound gain in one day is a major reminder of how every meal counts. 4-6 pound gains used to be common weekend occurrences for me, but I've been getting through weekends staying even for the most part. This was a good remember that going back to old habits really isn't an option anymore. Yesterday's eating was under control and right on the mark regarding calories.
3/6 = 209 (no change). I got tricked into a bad lunch yesterday by a co-worker (fatty salt bomb), and spent the rest of the day trying to offset it. Drank a ton of water, ate well for dinner, and ended the day at "even." NSV. Still hoping to drop some off my weekend weight in the next couple of days. Going to the gym tonight to lift weights. I AM going to do some HIIT tonight as well, even if I don't want to.
3/7 = 208.6 (-0.4). Fought my way through HIIT last night after lifting weights. Ended the day slightly under calories (ate back 80% of my exercise calories). My knee killed me last night, but it's better this morning. I'm feeling challenged right now. Exercise is hard because of the knee, so I'm getting a cortisone injection tomorrow (have major arthritis in my reconstructed right knee, so cortisone is not a problem). Food is sneaking up on me right now. I need to refocus myself, be kind to myself, and stick with realistic expectations. Sometimes I get to excited, I let my guard down for a moment, and I have that "4 pounds in one day" result. Stay mindful every day, every meal. It's not just the way my body looks; it's my health. The choices I make matter. Poor ones have consequences.

2/27 ~ 155.4 Down a little, but am expecting a whoosh soon. Under cut my calories yesterday, that was ok as I think I was still full from the weekend. 16,400 steps 1235 calories.
2/28 ~ 157.6 ... Life! Ate too much and moved not enough. Plus some high sodium foods. Spent some quaility time with my youngest. Hope to spend the next few days back at it, although SO gets to come home in the next week or so and we may go away!!! So excited. 11,627 steps and 2382 calories (best estimate) Egg white omlete for dinner?? Oh no!! I also have a dr appointment during my lunch walk, these numbers look like they may be a slow downward climb. Not worried. As a bonus I found 10 bucks on my lunch walk yesterday, this exercise thing is starting to pay off!!
3/1 ~ 156.1 ... Hooray it's March!! 15,755 steps and 1291 calories. Cutting down to 1200's due to my weekend indulgence. Coming down very very slowly. Have a measurment day coming up and sad this bloat will may still be on.
3/2 ~ 155 ... 17,001 steps 1554 calories. Slowly going back down. So quick to rocket up, but so darn slow to get back down.
3/3 ~ 151.6 ...14,267 steps 1507 calories. Ah back to almost where I was a week ago. Working this weekend so no long hike or walk. Looks like most are killing it on their losses. WTG, Have a great weekend!!
3/4 ~ 150.9 ... 19,270 steps and 1685 calories. Working for a few hours today then headed to the spa!! SO is on his way home after working away for more than 2 months. (so happy) I couldn't get much time off work but managed to wrangle 5 days. We are looking at going away
3/5 ~ 149.9 ... 17,876 steps and 1640 calories. Went to the SPA so nice, but was impatient and screwed up my pedi. Oh well it still looks better then I could have done myself. Back at goal but am going away on Thursday and those numbers will go back up, not worried.
3/6 ~ 149.1 ... Yup back at goal, just in time to climb back up. I know most of it is water weight but it just takes so many more days to get out of my system then to put it on. 18,152 steps and 1507 calories. (1) more day of work!
3/7 ~ 148.6 ... New lowest since pre children (oldest is 20) Sadly headed out on Vacation so I'll have to fight hard to get it back. Need to stay determinded when I get back. Also put me at a 75lbs loss with MPF and 77.4 total. 12,246 steps and 1556 calories.
3/8 ~ Vegas!! (so excited)9 -

Expected. Celebrated my dad's birthday, who is no longer with us, with the family last night. Went to a Chinese restaurant. I realized how starchy the foods were! Rice never tasted sooo good. Still tried to log in my food even though I didn't know what I specifically had, macro-wise.
Last night was rest day from the gym. Tonight will be my 8th night working out.

Neat mini challenge ideal. I am joining it late but it's better now than never..am I right.
3/4 SW=361.8 *Bought a new digital scale, set up my Samsung Health. Came in under budget on call. Super excited to finally get off the plateau.
3/5 SW=359.3 *Walked .8 of a mile today went to the park and back. 2nd day in a row I came in under my calories budget.
[So I just discovered that you can't edit a forum post...past an 1hr. So to update I quoted myself]
3/6 SW=358.0 *So today is kind of a big day, I'm joining a diet bet game; for my chance at winning some $$ on my weight-loss journey. So here's to more exercise and staying under my calories budget
3/7 SW=355.2 *So yesterday I walk the dog to the park again, and realized I wanna do that everyday and slowly increase my walking distance. Yesterday calorie budget didn't get broke but I ended up eating my full budget. I followed this amazing recipe called Italian sausage white bean soup from cook smart meal plan. I made 6 servings yesterday @293cal a serving with extra broth and I grabbed 2 serving yesterday.8 -

Yeah, in retrospect, I think the occasional huge deficit just makes sense. I feel different one day to the next, so why wouldn't my eating reflect that? Thanks for the input.5 -

I sort of stopped posting last round because there was nothing new. 156-157-156-157... I actually have been doing quite well with exercise and been OK on nutrition but a little on the high side for calories. Still calculate that I've had enough of a deficit to lose at least a tiny bit this month but nope. I feel like I've added some muscle in the last month, I mean I physically feel stronger (I've added some strength training TRX and yoga), but the tape measure isn't giving me any love, either.
02/28: 155.5
When I stepped on a second time it was 156.0 but I'm claiming the lower number anyway. Good day for nutrition and water, a rest day for strenuous exercise but I did take a walk and did restorative yoga.
03/01: 156.0
No sugar, exercised, water, well under my daily calories.
03/02: 155.0
Good day for nutrition & calories, need more water.
03/03: 155.0
03/04: 154.0
A new low for me. I had comfort pizza for dinner though, so never mind tomorrow's weigh in.
03/05: 155.0
Luckily had today off, I have a cold. I did absolutely nothing and ate light, lots of liquids.
03/06: 152.5
All that tea, I guess. ???
03/07: 153.0
Three sick days. I guess I haven't had anything inflammatory and had lots of fluids. If I can hang onto this loss, I'm two pounds away from a 50 lb loss, which is exciting. I made it down to 155 in 2000, anything lower than that and I haven't seen it since the 80s (my teens).11 -
Female, 5'4"
Starting Weight: 135 lbs
Goal Weight: 115 lbs - Met in late 2017
I met my goal weight in late 2017. My new goal now is to stay around 115 average. Lately I've been ranging around 110-112 lbs. Since switching to a whole food plant based diet, I can't seem to stop losing weight, despite reintroducing alcohol into my diet. It's about the seemingly unimportant decisions. But consistently making them everyday is what leads to success.
Goal This Round: Maintain 115 lbs Average
2/27 • 112 • Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights. 1300 cal
2/28 • 111 • Ran 3.5 miles. 1350 cal
3/1 • 111 • Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights. 1350 cal. 4 servings of alcohol
3/2 • 110 • Ran 3.5 miles. 1300 cal
3/3 • 111 • Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights. 1550 cal. 4 servings of alcohol
3/4 • 109 • Skiing all day. 1700 cal. 4 servings of alcohol
3/5 • 109 • Played 2 sets of tennis. 1600 cal. 4 servings of alcohol
3/6 • 111 • Lifted weights. 1300 cal
3/7 • 110 • Ran 3 miles & lifted weights. 1900 cal. 3 servings of alcohol. I seem to have opposite fluctuations as others. I tend to lose weight on weekends and vacations. And then gain back during a normal work week. I always thought that was normal until reading everyone’s posts here.

I’m in! Third round and I love it. I’m learning that my partner and I eat out a lot during the weekend, and it’s this eating out during the weekend that unravels all the effort I put in during the week. I’m disappointed about that but theres no point dwelling on the past. All I can do is learn from my experience and improve from there.
2/27 – 66.9kgs. Yes! The bloat is gone (hopefully all). New goal for end of Round 33 : 65.9kgs
2/28 – 66.7kgs. Slowly going down..

3/4 – 66.5kgs
3/5 – 66.4kgs : Yay! Not an improvement on weight loss, but it’s a huge improvement - especially after eating out all weekend, I didn’t gain a kilo like I normally would have.
3/6 – 65.7kgs. Exceeded my goal of 65.9kgs, but met my original goal from 2 rounds ago (I wanted to lose 1kg each round)! New goal for end of R33 will be 65.5kgs.

3/8 – 65.7kgs. Didn’t meet my new goal weight but that’s ok. I’ve exceeded my original goal weight! Getting there. Looking forward to next round!

Why are there two Round 33 pages? I thought I was going crazy; I had went over every page 2 or 3 times looking for my posts! When I couldn't find them, I thought my mind was slipping! So glad I kept looking and found the other post because I wouldn't have slept tonight thinking I was losing it! I mean a senior moment is one thing, but gee, IJS!!!

One more day in this round! I've really got to get back to drinking my water. Always seems like my days are spent traveling, and that always means I drink less water. Tomorrow, I go to the Weight Loss Clinic; I was told I needed to lose 4 lbs. by this visit. I might make it if I don't eat anything else tonight, and drink extra water!5 -

Our 10-day drive from Oregon to Indiana via the Southwest followed by more time in a motel and eating out plus beginning the search for a house has made me want comfort food & junk I haven't eaten in 3 years. This round I'm trying to just be aware, and when I do eat stuff I don't normally touch, to acknowledge why I'm doing it. If I can finish this round no more than 2 pounds over by last weigh in, that will be fine. Better will be to finish where I was -- 146.8 at the end of R31. Then back to actually paying attention & losing.
Goals this round - Replace my scale, and finish round no higher than my last weigh in of 146.8.

Day/Weight/Comment
2/27 - no scale
Haven't replaced my sale yet, still living in motel because our stuff hasn't arrived. Sigh. Trying to eat properly. No idea about my weight, but I did buy size 10 jeans tonight, so there's that!
2/28 - no scale
See yesterday (without the jeans).
3/1 - no scale
I'm finding myself wanting to eat junk I haven't bothered with in 3 years. Still in the motel, movers apparently aiming for the last day of their delivery window. Sigh. I'm going to try at least to get a scale tomorrow to I can see how much damage I've done over the past 13 days.
3/2 - no scale
I didn't get to the scale store but I ate better today, and burned a bunch of calories driving around for hours (house hunting). Still in the motel, but the mover will finally be here Tues. and I can get back to my usual programming.
3/3 - no scale
Same old, same old. I did get some exercise. Other than driving - we went walking in a park this morning and this afternoon we walked all over the home & garden show. I'm eating within bounds, though not as healthy as I usually do. Three more nights in the motel, and then we can get back to normal. It's been a long 15 days.
3/4 - no scale
I thought about picking up a scale today, but decided not to fight Sun. afternoon shoppers. Tomorrow for sure. I seem to have satisfied my junk food splurge, and am back to healthier eating (considering we're still eating out). I'm looking forward to getting back to my normal routine - weigh in first thing, eat healthfully at home most of the time, walk. Who knew quiet routine would sound so appealing? Anyway, thanks for letting me record my thoughts here - it actually helps keep me mostly on track, and to understand when and why I'm not.
3/5 - nope
I bought a scale today, but it was after breakfast so I have not weighed in. Probably won't tomorrow as we're still in the motel, but tomorrow is (finally!) move-in day, so on Wed. morning I'll be able to check the damage of 2.5 weeks of eating out & staying in motels. I will be so glad to start eating at home!!! I'm pretty sure I'm up a few pounds, but also pretty sure some of it is water from all the restaurant food. I also look forward to getting more exercise, and less of it from driving!
3/6 - tomorrow!
We moved into our apt. -finally! So happy to be out of the motel, even though it was very nice. Tomorrow I'll weigh in (eek) and go from there.
3/7 - 149.1
Total damage for 2.5 weeks of travel, motels, and restaurant eating with some snack junk throw in - 2.3 pounds. Yay! Got back on track eating today, although still eating out as no time for groceries yet. But still...

ROUND 33 SUMMARY
Goal Calories: 1300 average
Actual Calories: 1416 average
R32 EW: 64.2kg
R33 GW: 63.0kg 62.5kg
R33 EW: 63.0kg (-1.2kg)
Considering it's TOM and I still lost 1.2kg from the end of last round I shouldn't be annoyed, but I am. The scale flashed 62.6 then back up to 63. I was down to 62.6kg mid-round and then stupid hormones had to come and ruin everything. Ugh. I had a bit of a blow out on the weekend as well, but I picked myself up and was straight back on the wagon afterwards. I know, I should be celebrating a great loss and all the hard work (it was HARD this round), but I'm just not in the mood!
Congratulations to everyone for all your achievements and your hard work as well. Looking forward to kicking butt next round with you all!

02/27 - 63.3kg (-0.9kg)- Major whoosh overnight.
I guess it's to be expected after a heavy weekend. Considering changing my GW for this round but also know it's gonna be TOM so not sure. Calories and water on target yesterday. Plus I invented an amazing new low-cal, high-protein, DELICIOUS choc orange puddingy thing for dessert
02/28 - 62.8kg (-0.5kg) - Wow, another whoosh.
I've got the cold so maybe it's dehydration? Or maybe the hard work I never saw the result of last round is finally kicking in... Fingers crossed for the second. Already past my goal weight for this round and only 300g off my revised goal!
03/01 - 62.9kg (+0.1) - YES! The loss is holding.
Tiny bump but whatever. I meal prepped on Sunday and took all my food to work. Then the snow came and now I'm working from home so all my good food is sitting 15 miles away in a communal fridge! Going to face the blizzard today to get some healthy stuff to avoid the trash my partner keeps in the house. Yesterday was hard work without my planned meals - I don't know how people manage to stay within their calories without prepping and planning!
03/02 - 62.5kg (-0.5kg) - Down down down!
Really feeling like I am making progress which is great. This is the lightest I've been in my adult life AND the closest I've been to goal weight, only 3.5kg to go. These 10 day challenges are amazing to keep focused, thank you all so much! Revising my goal weight for the round again. Looking forward to a big salty dinner tonight so not expecting the scale to be pretty tomorrow!
03/03 - 62.8kg (+0.3kg) - Expected bump, happy to still be under 63kg. Had a treat dinner and a couple of wines last night. Very enjoyable plus I closed off my diary on a Friday for the first time in... well, maybe ever haha. Winning.
03/04 - 63.5kg (+0.7kg) - It's a pizza and samosa baby!
I had a bit of a blow out late last night after the pub (oops) and was NOT looking forward to the scale this morning. Carbs and salt, that's all it is. TOM arrived as well. Happy though that my weekend high is still lower than my EW for last round Back on the wagon today and will be working hard to finish the round at about 62.5kg.
03/05 - 64.1kg (+0.6kg) - Well that was not a nice surprise! I'm not super concerned as my average calories over the last week are coming in under maintenance but still. Ouch. TOM as well. Staying the course.
03/06 - 63.2kg (-0.9kg) - Good riddance weekend water weight.
Can I get back down to my pre-weekend weight by the end of the round? I'll be trying my hardest that's for sure!
03/07 - 63.0kg (-0.2kg) - Down to my original goal for the round. TOM continues.
Having a few digestive issues since Saturday(TMI?) and am changing up my routine today. Rather than fasting in the morning, I am adding in some whole grains, avocado and dried fruit and cutting the meat from tonight's dinner. Hoping the carbs don't bump up the scale but I'll take the hit if they do. Got to listen to my body.
03/08 - 63.0kg (-0.0kg)
Digestive issues continue. Hungry and cranky and hormonal. The scale flashed 62.6 then back to 63. Maybe tomorrow?

25/02: 172.6 Holiday gain! No scale available and a week of the high life had consequences. Travelling all day yesterday, so poor hydration and high sodium in food will have pushed this up due to water retention.

3/4 - 54 - I ate some sweets quite late last night (and drank just a few little cups of tea throughout the day), so I'm not surprised OR upset! I'll be back on track in a day. Probably! I've already survived a week without a single gram lost, so there's nothing to worry about.
3/5 - 54 - Oh, well, I have to admit, I feel slightly depressed these days, and the only coping mechanism I know—rather the only one that works for me—is to eat something sweet, so I keep doing that. I still eat not much, less than 1200 kcal per day, but there probably won't be any progress any time soon, sadly! However, to be honest, I don't really enjoy eating as a way to cope with stress, so it seems I will put an end to this activity soon, too. I do enjoy food more when it's cooked in different ways and when it's healthy. Otherwise it gives a short-lasting feeling of relief, and when it ends there's literally nothing left. I'm not sure why I am stuck with this habit.
3/6 - 54 - Nothing new, again, but that's fine, right? I think it's better to maintain certain weight than to give up and gain even more. In the meantime, I started to eat somewhat more, and although that means that I will lose weight a little slower, this is great in the long run. AND I made this day a water day! I wonder how you people manage to drink that much water, you're amazing! My record is less than one liter per day, and it still feels like a lot to me.
3/7 - 54.1 - Oh, that was sad. I made a wonderful carrot cake yesterday, and I think I ate pretty much of batter and cream while cooking, so that way I had a whole unplanned additional meal! But I am somehow still sticking to my calories.
3/8 - 53.8 - What a beautiful number! Finally back on track! I ate almost nothing yesterday, because I was very, very busy with lots of unpleasant things, and drank lots of water, of course, so here are the results!
See you all next round! AND thank you for your replies! (I saw just one, but maybe I missed something? Missing something is my second nature, so...) You are so sweet, kind, and inspiring! ❤10 -

R33 goal - 137lb
02/27 - 137.60lb down 1.2lb - think this is a post carb "whoosh!" from my Sunday morning hotel buffet breakfast! Was a good food day yesterday and walked 13,000 steps. No reason its not going to be another good day today - food all prepped and planned and gym session tonight. R33 target in sight
02/28 - 136.80lb another .80lb down. I seem to alternate between a round where I lose and then one where I don't - can only think its my body "settling" into its new weight - or something.... but whatever it is I'm happy today and hoping it carries on! And happy days have lost a stone on these challenges so far (14lbs for our non UK friends!) - so thank you everyone - this group, reading all your posts and "likes" spur me on! Happy Wednesday everyone
03/01 - 137.00 - 0.20lb up for no real reason - so will blame TOM's arrival! Food prepped and with me for work and all planned for tonight's dinner so looking good for today again
03/02 - 135.80lb down 1.2lb ???? No idea where the drops this round have come from - eating same as ever... will have to see if it sticks! Although when I entered my weight into MFP this morning it came up with a huge congratulations message as I had made my target weight!!!!! Must have set that target up about 2 years ago and to be honest had forgotten all about it till today Honestly don't think I've been this weight since I got married 17 years ago! Although I have reset to a lower target to even reach that is a real buzz - definitely going to keep me motivated
03/03 - 135.50lb - seriously. I seem to alternate between fab rounds and then losing almost nothing the next - this is my "losing round" by the looks of it. Not eating any differently to any other round - just weird how my body has such a "whoosh" seemingly unrelated to how I have eaten immediately before that. Goes to show that persistence is what pays off! Out for dinner date tonight with my husband so tomorrows weigh in unlikely to be so great but very rare that we get a night to ourselves so going to enjoy it!
03/04 - DNW. Got tea in bed this morning and I always weigh before I eat or drink anything so didn't bother! Tea in bed was far more appealing
03/05 - 138.20lb - not a real gain - my usual Monday morning weigh in is always up after our family Sunday roast dinners - ate later than normal too - and was complete with dessert. Was all within calories - just the timing and as usual didn't drink anywhere as much water over the weekend that I do in the week. Also ate out Saturday so sodium has played a part too - expect "normal" weights to return by Wednesday. Should be a good finish to this round.
03/06 - 136.80lb - half the weekend "whoosh". Hopeful for the rest by end of the round - would love to see 136lb or under by the end of R33.......
03/07 - 136.50lb - bit more gone but over ate on my carbs yesterday and didn't get to the gym to wear them off (traffic nightmare getting home!). Also out with hubby again tonight for dinner and a show - will choose wisely but unlikely tomorrows weigh in will be as low as I was hoping for - plenty of water needed during the day today
03/08 - DNW! Late night last night so ended up having an extra 10 minute lie in this morning, ended up rushing and didn't weigh in. Although having been out last night I know it would be up (Lovely Italian meal out - and had pasta and wine followed by cheese!). Enjoyed immensely but am back to plan today so not worried. See you all R349
