Lose 1.5 lbs per week...can we do it?

I would love to join as well!
I've had a hard time staying on track this week so I really need the accountability of a challenge. I've lost 9 pounds so far, and would like to lose another 15-20 pounds. I try to walk 2 miles a day.

No power yet so havent been able to check in! Stayed on track but so far this week my weight is not budging. I weigh in Wednesday so hopefully it will move! Went to a dance last night but didnt dance....one of the things I dont do at this weight. I wish I had more confidence and could not worry about what is jiggling!1

Hey all,
I did it! 2 lbs this week....178.8. My weight stayed the same all week - not a budge. Yesterday I went low carb and had plenty of lemon water and today 2 down. It is really hard to stay hopeful when your weight plateaus! I am trying so hard to meet my goal that it is really discouraging. On the other hand, it forced me to re-evaluate my carb intake. Sometimes I find I eat them out of habit. Today, as we are snowed in, I am going to make a large pot of chicken soup and pack it with veggies so I dont feel the need to add noodles~

I changed the calorie intake for 1.5 lbs loss a week and it’s at 1680 which I have been staying at. Worked out only 4 times last week (Monday -Sunday) but looking for a productive week!0 -

I drink atleast 64 oz of water/day. My fitbit has been my biggest support for staying active, the challenges really keep me active. I have been walking 5 miles/day on my treadmill. My calorie intake is 1500/day, currently.
Not sure what else I can do, but hope to see that I'm making a difference, even if the scale doesn't say I am.0 -

Hi all, Weigh in today very disappointing. I was 178.8- EXACTLY the same as last week!This is so crazy as I had a colonoscopy Monday and had to spent Sunday fasting...literally no solid food. I think it put my body into starvation mode - I sometimes feel that in a post apocolyptic world I would be the last one standing- happily surviving on one blade of grass a day! I am going to try not to let it get me down...and to keep in mind that I am 10lbs down and this is just a bump in the road. I will get to the gym today and get my fitbit working! One day at a time.1

How is everyone doing? I have zero motivation this week! I have been forcing myself to work out, but my eating has been horrible. I'm hoping if I can get the workout habit going, the eating habits will start to improve too.1
