Okay what's everyone typical day mine will be hour at the gym then watch the football. To keep calories down I'll still eat but low calorie crisps , low cal jelly, low calorie hot chocolate, then have oven chips with cold chicken. My bad habit I tend to only like chicken.

My workouts vary day to day, but for today I'm doing cardio and a bit of bodyweight work soon and kettlebells this evening.2
-
Mine is wake up at 5:55, eat one of my highest carb meals, workout for a little over an hour (2 or so hours if with trainer), eat my next high carb meal, go to work (work in a tire and battery shop), drink half of my protein shake at 12pm, eat my high protein meal on my lunch break (usually at 2:15-2:30pm), drink the other half of my protein shake at 5:40pm or so (Intermediate Fasting from 6pm-6am), go home, watch YouTube or study, prep my meals for tomorrow, take a shower and go to sleep.2

I just can't get into weights. My fave excercise is swimming , cardio work. I thought my days were long.3

Today’s plan is a 6 mile run. However, it is supposed to storm heavily this afternoon, so it looks like I will end up on the treadmill at the gym. I can’t stand running on the treadmill, so I am not looking forward to it.3
-
Sunday is typically a rest day for me, but since I won't be able to make it to the gym tomorrow I am going in today. I plan on doing a 2 mile run, 15 - 20 minutes stair master, light lifting, and stretching.2
-
I hate treadmill prefer cross trainer.2
-
Today is light gym day just a little yoga to stretch out, then PT on my torn rotator cuff, and finish with the stairmaster.
But normal day is 10 minutes yoga, 30 minute circuit either strength or cardio, then core for about 10 minutes, and cardio to wrap it up 15-20 minutes.2 -
Sundays are straight calorie burn days for me. About an hour at 60% max hr on a Precor AMT machine with the headphones blaring. When the weather warms up it will be a long bike ride. During the week I do 2-3 weight sessions in the afternoons and cardio before work every morning. Once I hit my goal weight (9lbs to go) I'm dropping some of the cardio and focusing on weight training.2

I'm still in the beginning stages of getting back to a regular workout routine. So for now, my goal is to get OUT of my apt, and go for a long walk.5

Today is a recovery day from yesterday’s race. I would have run anyway, but my hip is feeling twingy, so I’m thinking yoga and a stroll with the puppy.4

When do you all feel burned out, anything specific keep your energy up.1

I do walking aerobics every other day. Today's an off day, but I did shift a 20# snowberg the city dumped in my driveway.1

-
today is my "off"/rest day so probably just a bit of yoga later in the afternoon0
-
Usually sunday I watch netflix for a treat and do 2 hour on the stationary bike. (Burns about 350)0
-
Recovery day. I might walk later.0

I do Full Body Burn by Jim Stoppani. Basically a 5 days/ week full body strength training program thati do at home. I am so sore because of it, glad today is a rest day. Really neededthe rest!0

I will stay within calorie deficit even though I’m going to brunch with family. I will also get in about 7,000 extra steps by taking two preteens to the mall. Today is a rest day for me.0

Lift and eat.0
-
something light today as I am sore from a lovely and vigourous cross country ski yesterday.1

On a Sunday? Usually its about a 1.5 hour upper hypertrophy day. I struggle getting my steps in on Sunday so I try to walk about doing errands but usually fall short because I want to go lie down. I had a power lifting meet yesterday though so I am LAID UP. No lifting.0

I am shooting for 60-90 mins of lap swimming. Depends how I feel at the 60min mark if I continue to go on from after the 60 minimum mark. I heart swimming.0 -
With the time change I was running a little behind schedule and was not going to make it to Bodypump class. I went for a walk instead...Zombies Run! Style.1

Lift 3x per week. Cycle 3-5 days per week depending on my schedule and other life obligations. If I'm stuck indoors I use my indoor bike trainer or my rowing machine for cardiovascular work.
I also walk my dog most days for 20-30 minutes and try to get around 8-10K steps of general activity daily. Probably won't get my steps in today as it is raining and I'm not one of those people that paces around the house just to get steps in.0 -

Before my workout I eat a meal about 2hrs before my workout. This meal contains carbs, proteins fats. The carbs fuel my workouts, without them I bonk.
After workout may be a protein bar or light lunch.0 -
Hopefully going to walk about a mile-ish in Walmart and gonna check out the kettlebells they have and knowing me I’ll forget something and have to walk back and forth a few times lol. Then after little man goes to bed work on abs and booty0

One weekend day I do something outdoors but it's been raining like crazy here and park rangers actually closed the lot to the trail where I have been running lately. Lame. So I hit the gym instead and ran on the treadmill yesterday, and about to go try a different trail nearby.2
-
I can't decide between an hour or so at the gym or a nap.2
-
rode my bike this morning for some miles, just had lunch going to relax a bit, do some chores and then a 2 mile walk with the puppers later tonight1
