    morning ladies!

    my baby burn goal will be 1200. I am still fasting so its very hard to do intensity workout so I'll be walking or doing light exericise, since I break my fast around 8pm.

    Question: Are we suppose to do measurement every single week? I try to just upload my weight but it sends me back to the spreadsheet page asking for more information (in bold red). Which would be my measurements because, for some reason, it's reqired every week.

    Please help...

    No, just measurements once a month. So this week and then for our final weigh-in next month. Every other week just put NA in each measurement field.

    I just interviewed for a job this morning. If I get it I will start Monday, so this could be my last "free" week. I had better make it good. I will burn 3500 calories

    3500 calories for the week (ladies you all doing a wonderful job burning way to do it )

    Monday ...........408 calories burn (35 mins walk/ jogging and 15 min stretching ) 3,092 to go

    Tuesday............. 330 calories burn (30 min walk/jogging and 5 min pushup)2,762 to go

    Wednesday........ Rest day ( still have 2762 to go )

    Hi everyone!! I am so excited...... thankfully I weighed myself today because it marks my 7th month since I have made my life style change!! 183 :0) so here is what I have so far

    Monday .... 1076 cal burnt :)

    Tuesday.... work OT then rushed to hair appointment so I'm going to count it as my rest day but the rest of this week is BURN BABY BURN!!
