    I'm actually in maintenance right now, so if my weight stays the same +/- a couple pounds I don't mind. I'm adding in cardio for a real slow weight loss until April. In April, I'm going back into a cut, so I hope to see most of my weight loss there. :) I really want to be down below 120 lbs, so if I just do a really slow weight loss from cardio, I think I'll hit it by the end of April!

    I actually changed my plan. I started my cut early after being in maintenance for 7 weeks. It gives me a little more time before I go back into maintenance for the summer. So, let's see how this goes!

    ---Let's start with reasonable amounts so I would not have disappointment---

    January 1: 243
    January 8: 242.5 (less than I wanted, but still, falling down, not up)
    January 15: 239 (wow, finally below 240)
    January 22: 237.8 (still have chances :) )
    January 29: 234.8 (I made it! did not even expect to, but scales pleasantly surprised today)


    January Goal: 235 (-8)

    February 5: 233 (still a loss, and not so small one)
    February 12: 232.2 (started some sports, so naturally weight goes down slower - but still a loss)
    February 19: 231.2 (I don't think I will reach my goal this month, but any loss is better than no loss, and better than up)
    February 26: 232 (this is my lesson not to climb on scales after shower - yesterday I had 229.3 lbs. Oh well, more loss next time)

    January 16: 143.6 (exercising daily and eating back all calories, new to twice weekly Body Pump class)
    January 23: 145.6 ( sick a couple of days/ high sodium/ no tracking)
    January 30: 141.2 (daily exercise and eating back all calories)

    January Goal: 5 pounds (143.9)/ Revised goal (141) (Yay! Met revised goal!)
    January Loss: 7.7 pounds (some water weight for sure)

    February 5: 148.1 (up so many pounds due to a couple of days of bad eating, no logging)
    February 12: 141.3 (my weight has gone crazy; 3 days did the above, so sensitive to sodium and extra calories)
    February 19: 146.8 (couple of days eating at Disney, couple of days family in town, bad food choices, not logging)
    February 26: 140.0 (working out daily, staying at calorie goal, lots of water)
