I'm just about to rise from the comfort of my duvet, consume coffee and go out for a stomp that will, no doubt, include feeding almonds to squirrels and, hopefully, 8.3 miles of putting one foot in front of the other. I'm not going to have any chance to do any walking after today until Monday and I'd hate to be that close all over the weekend!

I am officially insane. Popped out after lunch to get that pesky half a mile to reach Shelob's Lair and ended up doing 6.77 miles instead. Now 5.71 miles from Frodo stung by Shelob4

I love my coffee and the fresher the better! One of the UK's best coffee importers is only a couple of miles from my current location this weekend, so I'd have been beyond foolish not to avail myself of a bag of one of their fine wares, freshly ground! 1
