getting steps in is the most difficult for me I think. If I'm at home I usually just hang out. Even if I take a walk it's not 10k! But I'm going to do this mostly so I can see my steps written out and hopefully try to get more. Also I track these from my phone, so when I'm at work/walking around without my phone my steps aren't counted so there's that too.... My phone also has a default goal of 6k a day, is that not enough??

Hello everybody!!! I'm still stepping! My goal this month is 475,000. In order to acheive this i need to walk about 15,323 steps a day!!!! I am crushing my goal so far this month. I should be sitting at 214,500 steps after 14 days. Im currently at a total of 246,438 i plan to crush this goal!. Keep reeching your goals everyone!!!4

Quit smoking and recently went through menopause so have packed on some unwanted poundage.2 -
So like. I'm sticking to my goal of 6k (which I still don't reach most of the time) that my phone tells me. If I get to 10k+ then that's just extra great!
but. If I had a fitbit, my steps WOULD be higher because I don't have my phone with me every time I'm walking around... but I'm wondering would exercise steps count? Like, I don't have my phone when I workout because I don't want to break it more than I already have, but if I had a fitbit those would be counted as steps....but I kind of put it in a separate category in my mind because I should be taking these steps anyway and the other steps I get from working out without my phone is just "extra" .. I don't think I've made any sense but its hard for me to explain what I'm trying to get at here...lmao
