I am just wondering what everyone had to eat for breakfast today and how many calories it was. I am tired of oatmeal.

Thanks

YAY! I am not alone when it comes to mini-wheats!
  • Usually I have a fiber one bar and a glass of 1% milk (250 cal total)
Sometimes an english muffin (120 cal) and a tablespoon of pb
Sometimes an egg (70 cal) or 2 with cheese and veggies just to change it up.

I find that I last the longest and don't snack in the morning when I eat the fiber one bar and milk.

That's sound really yummy, i'm going to try that after my workout tonight!
  • Thanks for the responses!! I learned alot reading what everyone else likes to start the day with. I am new here, so still learning the diet part of it all. I didn't realise eggs with salsa would work, or to eat a lunch for breakfast instead of breakfast food. I now have many things to try. Tomorrow I am going to try the eggs with salsa with parm. cheese. Looking forward to something new. Thanks again!!!

how are you eating your oatmeal. I usually have it every morning. I like it on the drier side so it is not real porridgey. I spice it up with cinnamon or sometimes chocolate chips. 10 semi sweet chips are only 30 calories but it gives you that little chocolate jolt.
