            Went to an amazing restaurant today with friends. Overall made relatively good choices but was definitely indulgent. I look at it like a necessary part of this being sustainable ... over the rest of the day I have done so-so and tomorrow means back on track!1

 I did it! One day did not derail me. Today was back on track and solidly on plan. Woo! (Now, x6 for the rest of the week).

 Same here! All I want to do is stay warm and eat. I completely understand. I just tell myself when everybody else has given up on their New Year's Resolutions--you can be the one who doesn't quit; the one who stays focused and keeps moving forward. By spring/summer, I'll look back thinking, I'm so glad I kept up the hard work because that's when you finally see the results!2

            Happy Sunday, everyone!
 I am on the road this weekend, my husband's Grandma turns 90 on Wednesday, so a bunch of extended family have converged to celebrate. I haven't seen a scale for a couple of days, and my eating had been way off plan. I fully expect a gain when I get home. I am logging everything and making the best choices I can...mostly 
 I tend to become a bit, uh, irregular while traveling too, so I am a bit uncomfortable. This is normal for me and will resolve when I get home, if not sooner.
 Hopefully I don't gain too much. Takes weeks to lose, days to gain. That's how it goes.
 Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
 Lowest since 1999: 195.
 Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
 MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
 Goal: 180 in however long it takes.
 Weely averages:
 Last 7 days February 22-28th: 206.8
 February 26th to March 4th: 205.8

 The best quote I've read so far: "Takes weeks to lose, days to gain..." Pretty much sums it up for me too! So hard! My salt intake has been kicking my butt and showing up on the scale (very discouraging lately)...Seems like I only get one small sweet spot, which is at the very end of the month to the beginning of the month; I'll lose something--and that's only because I usually fast around that time, afterward--BOOM--nothing! No weight-loss until the end of the month, nothing in between. Frustrating!2

 I went to a March Madness party Saturday and drank beer and ate anything and everything that I wanted. Sunday, I ate more of what I wanted and I gained 5 pounds in two days. The funny part is that I lost those 5 lbs two days later when I went back to my regular eating and workout program.
