Not as amazing as all these other progress photos but for only a month time lapse I'm happy so far. I'd been meal planning for like a month before starting MFP so the pants (size 22) were already a little loose to begin with, but now I'm pretty sure I went down a size or two.

Don't sell yourself short. Strive for progress, not perfection. Just keep moving forward and you will get there.6 -

Before Is around 236 or higher. After baby #7 After is today at 171.8 I rarely exercise

Not nearly as impressive as the other pictures, but I've been doing the 17 Day Diet and finished the first round of all three cycles last week. I'm down about 6kg and have 14.5 to go.... Thought this would be a good place to share my modest success.90
