Just make sure that it's not too aggressive and sustainable. No shame in upping calories for continued loss.
Good luck!!!7 -
That sounds rough... but, I think it’s doable. Then again.... I’m always hungry...
Good luck!2 -
Is rough but I can!!5

That sounds pretty low. Why are you on such an aggressive cut?1

When I first started weight loss I was 210 pounds and 5'7".
I set my goals to "lose two pounds per week" even though the app wizard suggested to use one pound per week.
I lasted for about a month at that - and I was eating back exercise calories too. I was also eating way over that on a few days per week - because I was hungry. So hungry.
I was miserable. My workouts started being difficult and I was fatigued, my nails and skin were dry and flaky. I was sleeping a lot and I was really cranky.
I raised my calories to the one and a half pound per week and that was so much better. I think it was 250 more calories per day. So much better.
I did lose a total of 70 pounds in nine months. That included several times of raising my calories little by little as I started to struggle to stick with it. At the end I was at 1600 plus exercise calories (for the last 35 pounds or so) and I wasn't miserable. That was about 2000 calories per day on exercise days including my hour of exercise.

Pay attention to your macronutrient ratios so you understand why you feel the way you do when you it starts to hit.1

You can lose weight eating more than that. Get greedy and impatient and it's a recipe for failure.1

I wouldn't restrict too heavily as it will leave you hungry and miserable. Trust me, I've been there! Have a look at the link below as that will guide you on how many calories you should be eating to either lose, maintain or gain weight.

I'm doing 1,260 a day and don't feel hungry or fatigued. Depends on the person, I guess. If you feel it's right for you, go get em girl. I also don't really exercise.....so.2

I find if you cut the calories by too much you end up falling off the wagon, I have mine set to lose 1lb a week and I’m losing weight and sometimes not managing to eat all the calories because I’m full, I’d be hangry if I restricted myself too much.1

I still have left 350 calories for today and I feel wonderful!!!!2

What are your stats and goal? What rate of loss did you choose? Do you exercise? Do you weigh all your foods?1
-
I've been doing it and not eating back exercise cals - was probably a little too aggressive so I'm adding back a little. Listen to your body - if you are too hungry more than an hour before a meal maybe add a piece of fruit or low fat dairy snack.0
