Finally taking the steps to do this if anyone wants to join me. Current I am at 190lbs and want to be 165lbs.

I’m about a week in in making changes to what and how I consume food and drink. Cheers

    I'm in too! I lost almost 50 pounds on here 3 1/2 years ago and have put 25 back on. Would love to lose it all but would be happy with 20.

    Day is going well so far, it’s getting easier to make wiser eating decisions now that I’m publicly accountable. Had leftover boiled vegetables from and Irish boil, Asian chopped salad with Tahini dressing, and La Croix. I may not get time to exercise later but will try to get at least 5-10 min on the bike. Hope you are all doing well today!

    Indeed, total restraint and deprivation doesn’t work. Sensible portions are key.

    Steve, I assume people are using the app to track calories and activity rigorously in addition to posting here. I may not have explicitly said it but I am definitely doing that and measuring portions if it’s not already in the default serving size listed in the app.

    I was 125 cals over my limit yesterday. I didn’t get my walk in. While it’s a bit of a slip up, I guarantee that it’s still less than my typical daily intake.
