I was sent this before photo today by a friend. I took the now photo a couple of weeks ago. I was kinda shocked at how bad I had let myself go.

You can't even be serious. This gives me so much hope. Also, your swimsuit is the best thing I've ever seen. Omg I feel like I need to stick your before and afters on my mirror. Your transformation is incredible. You look like a *kitten* model dude.12 -

ballison2012 wrote: »Not as amazing as all these other progress photos but for only a month time lapse I'm happy so far. I'd been meal planning for like a month before starting MFP so the pants (size 22) were already a little loose to begin with, but now I'm pretty sure I went down a size or two.
Don't sell yourself short. Strive for progress, not perfection. Just keep moving forward and you will get there.6 -
Excuse the size of the pic

Not nearly as impressive as the other pictures, but I've been doing the 17 Day Diet and finished the first round of all three cycles last week. I'm down about 6kg and have 14.5 to go.... Thought this would be a good place to share my modest success.90 -

Haha I take this as a compliment thank you. The room isn’t the same no, because I moved house. People do that. I also take pictures in my studio, at work, god damn it I’ll take a selfie in a window reflection if I have to. This is definitely 100% me. I post all my progress on insta and have documented every little weight loss achievement in pictures. I lost a lot of weight- people I know walk past me in the street because they simply don’t recognise me.48 -

I swear I wasn't pregnant in that first picture. Stupid pot-belly.
Hey slow and steady wins the race! Lose it slowly and you’re more likely to keep it off. Great job!22 -

I still have the same big honker yes. It looks even bigger now I’ve lost weight. Rather a big nose and a healthy heart than a hamster who looks like he stuffed his face with no motivation. Thank you for your support it means a lot.14 -
Here’s another comparison. Jan 2016 vs today. No filters. The first pic is taken on the same day as my previous post. Just a different angle. It’s definitely me and although I may work in photography- I don’t re-touch images of myself because I’m proud of where I have come and who I am. I’m even starting to feel proud of the loose skin - they are war scars and remind me of how far I have come since 2016.70 -

What was your turning point? If one single thought is what started the ball rolling......5 -

A comment from an old boss- she told me I did nothing but stuff my face all day with crap and I thought, you know what- you are right. Also - I kept getting offered a seat on the tube because people thought I was pregnant. There’s only so much you can sweep it under the carpet. Here’s to a happy healthy way of life23 -
Here's my first 45lbs, hopefully another 40-50lbs to follow!63 -
