Hi my name is Jamie I weight 209 I need to weight 132 Can anyone help me loose 5 pounds a week

Don't do that. It's not good for you. You'll just start down a road to problems.2

It would be unhealthy for you to lose that quickly. You would have to undereat and would lose a lot of muscle in the process. The most mfp will allow is 2 lbs per week for a reason. I'd say even 2 lbs per week is too much, but if you must, set your goal to 2 lbs and start logging your food and hitting your calorie goal. As you get smaller, you will need to slow your rate of loss down a little more.
You should eat at least 1200 net calories to make sure you get enough nutrition and fuel for your body to function properly. Please take care of yourself and be patient!1 -
why do you need to weigh 132? you do know weight fluctuates so you cannot be one static number. you can have a weight range. but its going to differ hour to hour,day to day.0
