Well i started out a week ago on this journey at a whopping 288 lbs and a BMI of 40 now just a week later i am down 12lbs im not at 276lbs and a BMI of 37
cant get enough gym life lol1 -
Trying this again. I've lost weight in the past, but I always gain it back plus extra. I'm the biggest I've ever been and I have health issues due to the weight gain & couch potato life style. I NEED motivation!!!!!!! I need to lose 40lbs to be at a healthy weight (my goal) and 55lbs to be at my average younger me weight. You'd think the health issues would motivate me but I can't seem to stay away from the junk food I love and get moving.0

Hi, I'm Stewart and the new guy apparently. I'm just starting out with MFP and looking for others to help keep me moving forward. I'm 43, from the States (HS in Columbus, GA, undergrad in Colorado Springs, CO, my wife is from KCMO, daughter born in Pensacola, FL - so all over) but we're all living in the hot of Kuwait at the moment. My New Year's resolution was to get healthy. Started slowly but have been working out, walking, and logging daily for the last two+ months. I hit the 20lb point last week and am aiming to get another 40lbs off by August with the ultimate goal of losing 112 before summer 2019. I'm hoping to find some like-minded folks to build the community aspect of these apps. Anyway, just thought I'd say hi and introduce myself. Feel free to add me as a friend as I'm here every day.0
