What do you think toning is?
Get on a real program. You lift th3 same weight everyday. No wonder you're not progressing.
Track your calories. Honestly no one gives a *kitten* how well you eat if you're not counting your calories.
Get on a program.
Count your calories
Force progression and adaptation.
Give it time.
