Thank you good sir! Also, I like your edit time.1 -
First two pictures, September of 2012. About 175 lbs. After pictures, mid March 2018. About 180 lbs. 5'8" tall. Still cutting for now, but not being extremely disciplined about it. Probably going to see how lean I can get by the end of June.

Awesome work! Did you start in 2012? If not, how long did it take you to get to this point?
What kind of diet/workout did you do? Thank you for posting!

Thanks Yes, I started in September of 2012. In fact, those pictures were taken September 21, 2012. That was a Friday. If I recall correctly, my first day in the gym was the following Monday. Diet started as basically IIFYM, being meticulous in tracking and weighing everything to hit my calorie and macro goals. Workouts, I lift. Probably haven't done any cardio in 2-3 years. These days, I just eat mostly the same thing every day. I will track a day occasionally to make sure I am still on target, but don't really have to be quite as meticulous as I used to be. And during bulk season, I mostly just eat whatever I want, keeping my protein high. And when I start to stall, I start trying to stuff more food down my throat.7 -
First time posting my progress. The before is in March 2017 around 228, middle picture is at 168 and last picture is at 162.

I don’t know why, but I’m so scared to share my before and after photo on social media where people who know me can see it, so I’m still just sharing on MyFitnessPal. I wish I could be confident enough to actually address the fact that I went through a 60lb weight loss to my friends and family, but I am also embarrassed to remind them of the person I once was. (If you have any tips for sharing your weight loss success, or even just talking about weight loss with others, send me a friend request or a message on here!)153 -
About 85lbs difference between the photos
I started my journey back in December 2016 and haven't stopped since!
weight loss is a little slower but I am not giving up!.
I'm proud of what I have accomplished so far and has changed my life forever
Started at 265lbs on the left and now 185 today on the right
15 more pounds until my goal of 100 lbs lost!111 -

You look beautiful, healthy and happy. Amazing work!
I feel the same way about losing 66 lbs. it’s embarrassing I got that big, so I don’t like to tell people how much I’ve lost. I’m starting to feel more proud of my accomplishment because it was really, really hard and so many people ask how I did it and they are struggling with just getting started and even losing 10 lbs.

I've never posted anything about my weight loss on any social media for the same reason. It's not even to remind them how big I became; it's more because when the drastic weight gain started I'd already shut myself off from everyone as mental health issues overwhelmed me, so most people outside of immediate family and my coworkers wouldn't even know that I reached 160kg / 350lb let alone lost 65kg / 143lb. That and most of my extended family are alternative health woonatics, so it probably wouldn't go down well
@ek0513 If you don't want to remind people about your previous weight, then you don't have to; you're still the person you once were, just with a smaller number on your clothing tags. Post pictures of yourself that you want to post, and if people notice the loss without the before picture and want to discuss it with you, then you have the choice to talk about it then if you so wish.

Wow! Well done you, and thank you for showing us what a consistent approach can achieve over time. This has really cheered me up this morning18 -
How sweet you are! I’m not done but this older lady is feeling pretty good about her progress! ( turned 53 this month)
Well, I just turned 54, and it's so helpful to see that losing weight can be so rejuvenating!7 -
From 290 to 240. I'd like to get down to 180, if at all possible. This has not had the effect on my OKCupid response rate that I'd hoped for haha27

Thank you all so much! I would say the most important “key” to my success is consistency. If you consistently eat well & exercise, you WILL see results. It’s a matter of “when”, not “if”.25 -

This was my first cut after 5 years off back in 2013.
I went out to a social event, and the Wife showed me some photos a few days later, I was disgusted at how I'd let myself go.
I was working long hours, eating rubbish and drinking far too much.
I started a cut the very next day, Just about 9 months between pics.
(first pic is flipped, so they all face the same way, I've also had 11 sessions of laser tattoo removal, decent tan and you can hardly see them anymore).
Pic below was 2015 somewhere around 8% BF.
And the last one was last year somewhere around 6-7 %
Sorry about the weird 'stalker' type smile lol
This is seriously AMAZING. I am in awe of you hard work, commitment and dedication18
