hello all, i am picking up again from sexier spooktacular halloween! i finished at 215. i have held even since then!!! thank goodness. actually i'm at 214. 40 yr. class reunion is my motivator!! lol.. i gotta find the fountain of youth, QUICKLY!!!
i am going to get under 200 for sure this time around!!! i managed to get to 200.8 but then blew it.
before that challange was over i gained 15 lbs... boooooo.. so we have 5 weeks left.. my goal.. 20 lbs.

I promised myself I will NOT go back into the 190’s again and I’m getting too close for my comfort of doing that. I will start logging again today and stay the course! I am still here too, struggling, but here! I don’t think I’ll reach my goal in 8 weeks but I know I can get on the right track by then.

Feb 23: 185.4 yay finally a loss. Still have a loooong way to go though, but this helps my spirits.

Well everyone, this challenge has come to an end. Since late October when I started this challenge to now the end of March I have lost exactly 5 pounds. I couldn't stay motivated to stay on track most days. I had high hopes in the beginning. I know weight loss is a huge struggle for me and I'm not going to let this get me down. Bottom line I've lost weight instead of gained, even though it was a small amount. My biggest victory is staying under 190 since December 22nd. I told myself I wasn't going back into the 190's again and I've kept that promise. I've been maintaining between 182 and 187 for some time now. I know I will eventually get to where I want to be. It will just take time and more determination that what I currently have. My toddler takes a lot of my energy right now and I have put my kids, husband and new puppy above myself. I'm just glad I'm at least maintaining than putting on weight while my diet is more relaxed. I wish everyone well on their journey. To those of you losing steadily, keep rocking it!! I envy your will power. To those who are struggling, we will get there. Just NEVER GIVE UP!!
