Halloween Weight Loss Challenge

This is a weight loss challenge. This is a long weight loss challenge (7 months). I have seen other challenges help others stay with their diet. But, I need some motivation here, and maybe this will help me, and maybe you too. Anyone can join, we post weekly! I post Saturday, but any day is okay. Good luck to everyone!
It will start today 4/1, and end on Halloween Eve. I think that’s good timing right before the Holiday stuff begins.

I like this idea! Today was the one morning I didn't weigh myself, though, but I'll say 140. My weight has been creeping back up, and I have to get back under control. (Health issues including Type 2 Diabetes.)0

I would like to be 110 by Halloween, but I'm not sure this is realistic given my stats.
One positive thing I'll do today is a 10 minute minimum walk.

I am so down for this. I don’t know how many Halloween costumes ideas I’ve had and then not done because I’m self conscious of my mid-section.

2nd day of getting up before work to exercise and honestly, that is HUGE for me since I am not a morning person.4

I ran my fastest mile today. 12:02. A year ago it took me over 19 minutes to run a mile. Yeah!14

I'm in for this! I'm wanting to be by my ideal weight by my birthday (October 8th) so this will be a good challenge for me

I just need som motivation , but i have to say why i need to lose weight to know exactly why I’m doing this because sometimes I forget why I’m doing it and fail . Okay , I wanna lose weight to be really healthy and have no problems in my older age , I wanna dress the way that I desire (bikini, dress, short sleeve shirts ,etc) and feel myself secure , I wanna make new friends, I wanna start loving myself and caring myself inside and outside .
