Would love some additional support. I'm back on MFP after taking a break to follow weight watchers last year. Lost 20 pounds! However, the plan changed and I'm not loving all of the 'zero' point foods. Plus the meetings were doing little for my motivation. I try to run regularly & just started getting back to a (very) little bit of weights training...Oh, and I NEED yoga back in my life.1
