Began Jan 1, 2018 to restart healthy living and weight loss of 105lbs.
SW 225lbs
CW 199lbs Onederland yes!
GW 120lbs
Just watching and keeping strict portion control with slow steady exercise has accomplished a 26lb loss so far.
But my old scale was The Scale From Hell oscilating between 20lbs every weigh-in and finally broke with one
of its feet falling off which was its final attack on my self image I’m sure.
The new scale jumped me back up 4lbs so it looks like a long plateau but am back at 199lbs on it so just picking it up there2 -

Make sure you give your body at least one day to rest and recover, allowing your muscles time to do some repair from the breaking down of the tissue due to the exercising.
Great job on going to the gym. I also spent a fair amount of time recently going up instead of going down.2 -
I'm 292 lbs want lose enough reach 200 lbs.3

Hi everyone!! This week I saw a 2.4 lb loss which was super exciting because I feel so close to my next mini goal! I hit the gym 6 times for 45 minute cardio sessions. When it came to food I wasn't as successful. This week was super stressful for me especially because of my academic workload. On Tuesday night, I indulged in greasy fast food but had enough self control to stay under my net calorie goal. Esentially, I had a cheat meal. On Wednesday though I kinda just cracked. I was eating everything and anything and lots of it. I was definitely bingeing. Shortly after I felt so bad about it that I even thought about just throwing it up. I didn't. Thank God. I focused on how it was just one little mess up and that it wasn't going to undo all of my progress for the week and definitely not all of the progress I've made in the past several months. The drop I saw on the scale this morning is a reminder of that. Obviously, no bingeing is not okay but it's human and all you have to do is get back up to try again. I hope that if anyone else experiences this you know that you're not alone and it's possible to move forward.
I can't wait to hear about everyone else's week!! Also, feel free to add me as a friend

Yay, I finally met my first goal weight! A lot has been coming off this past week, and I know it'll slow down but I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts! Keto is getting so easy and I'm in love with it. Next goal weight is 240 and I'm already about 5 lbs down, 10 lbs to go! I leave for Vegas in a couple weeks and would love to fit into this red dress I bought a year ago that's slowly starting to fit.3 -
Check in, down 3 pounds since 4/1 (sunday is my official weight day) and down 11 pounds since starting this journey again4

Hello everyone
I too have 100 to lose
I have tried WW too many times to count however because of these attempts I have learned the bottom line is Calories In/Calories Out along with common sense eating healthy foods most of the time
Started walking 60 mins along with hand weights
Feeling better already!
Glad to join this group. Thanks for starting this thread

Wow. I wish I had known about this challenge in February, but 2.5 months ago, I hadn't even thought about how much weight I needed to lose. I just did not want to be the weight I was. Since Sept 2017 I've lost 42 pounds. I'm joining. I will update on Wednesdays.4

@brimom19
This is freespirit (aka Karla) I've been logging in for a few weeks now and will continue to login my information except for one my weight. This morning when I went to weigh, my scale stop working on me. I'll be able to buy another one but not until I get my money in a couple weeks or so!! I can still log in once a week with all my other progress information and then when I get the new scale can update the weight loss then if that is okay with you. I really would like to stay in the challenge since there will still be many weeks to go even after I get a new scale.
Thank you!!!3 -
I am in! Even though this is a couple months old. I started at 342 and I am at 302 now, hoping to be 240 by the end of this year. Fingers crossed!2

I started my 110 lbs weight loss journey last July. I've lost 65 lbs and have 45 more to go. I stalled around the holidays and the scale didn't move much. But I'm back focus and the scale has started moving in the right direction.4
