Does any of you have any diet tips to grow boobs without gaining lots of weight? Or any other kind of tip for natural breast enlargement really. Even a small difference will count

There's no way to decide where the fat will go, to get larger breasts you need to gain some fat which can distribute however your genetics want it to go. The only thing that can really impact your breast size is changes in hormones, which is why you might get bigger breasts by switching birth control or getting pregnant11

Chest workouts!!!!! When I first started I couldn’t even really tell what I was working out because there wasn’t any muscle to flex. Push-ups/modified push-ups.... an exercise I jokingly call hugs—-basically lay down on a bench/floor with your dumbbells and reach around an imaginary person to form a circle... there is a machine at my gym for pec flies. Now I can totally feel the muscle... I think it keeps them perky26

Yes, regular chest workouts keep me perkier as well.8

Victoria's Secret Bombshell bra. It will add 2 cups to your bra size.
But they will put your wallet on a diet at $50-60 a piece.10 -
Sadly the only thing my diet does shrink breasts. Can i get some love from all the other females now rolling their tube sock boobs up and stuffing them into their bras. Sadness39

I love it! Those “hugs” sound like chest flys. I’ll have to adopt that term the next time I’m struggling.2 -

Apparently the miracle cure is chicken nuggets. Unless the breast enhancement side effects only apply to men - in which case, what a waste!6 -
iv said it before but i love you MFP community, The place a thread about a breast enhancing diet turns into a chicken nugget party. I love it.12
