    Eat more fiber and drink a lot of water. I eat about 50 g and It helped me so much to stay full and not thinking about snacking all the time.

    Everything changes. Nothing ever stays the same.

    It's particularly useful when you're having a bad day and wishing you were at goal already/hating your body. It'll change, because nothing ever stays the same.
