Here is my latest transformation pic. 63kg down and my soul is finally happy. I run 10-15km a day (with one full rest day) and weight train for an hour a day 4 days a week. It’s a hard slog but it’s worth it.23

2009 weight: Approx 230 (I wasn’t weighing myself then- I didn’t want to know. I lost about 60lbs in 2010 and gained most of it back, fluctuating primarily between 180-200 until July of 2017.
MFP starting weight (July 2017): 203lbs
Goal weight: 165 lbs
Current weight: 164 lbs
5’7”
I’m absolutely beside myself! Making better choices, tracking my food, drinking lots of water, and lots of exercise (crossfit 4x/week, run at least a mile every single day). Feeling so much stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been.93 -

Looking at these it reminds me I've still got a way to go!
Well done everyone.1 -
I posted in here before, but I recently celebrated my one year fitness anniversary, so I thought I would post some updated pictures. Feel free to follow me on IG (same name).

Difference of 120 lbs. I started around the beginning/middle of August 2017 at 290 lbs. I am now down to 170.107 -
Only a few months in and wasn’t noticing that much of a change in my face (where I gain all my weight) until I compared photos from the first day I started tracking to now!

First ever pics posted in the forum. SW: 110kg (242lbs) in May 2016. CW: 76.5kg (168.7 lbs). Looking to get to about 65kg (143lbs). Properly starting tracking my calories exactly one year ago and have slacked on and off over that time (due to moving countries). Joined a gym in January and are starting to see results again and there is definitely no more slacking off!
Edit: 5' 6.5 // 168cm tall37 -
I haven't really got any of before mainly because I hated being in any photos.
I wouldn't take ones with me in it and any I was tagged in was quickly untagged.
Part of the reason I went on a diet.3 -
The "before" is actually after I had already lost a LOT of weight, but it's hard to find proper before pictures of me as I used to refuse to have my photo taken. After was taken tonight

I’ve been maintaining (more accurately, not putting in the effort) at the photo on the right for about a year now. Finally time to drop the last 20-25 pounds.
