What is your recent PR or accomplishment?

It seems that most people who aren't as dedicated to the gym or fitness just don't understand the level of excitement that comes with hitting a PR or accomplishing something new. Let me know if this is the wrong place for this thread, but I just wanted to give people somewhere to celebrate their most recent accomplishment!
My most recent ones are:
Chest to bar pull-ups
40lb weighted dip

11.75kg weighted strict pull up this morning. almost 20% of my bodyweight!5
-
360 lb leg press. Over 230% of my bodyweight.7

agreed! it's such an exciting feeling to see yourself progressing and getting stronger.
110 back squat, 130 deadlift and 230 leg press6 -
I barbell back squatted my own bodyweight this week!11
-
I only do light strength training as cross training, but I ran my first half marathon this past Saturday! Not bad for a obese lady who only started running 11 months ago.18
-
245 lb squat
176.4 lb bench
375 lb deadlift
4 pull-ups with 25lbs on the weight belt7 -
Most recent: Squatted 135 lbs for 3x12 this week!
I was previously up to a 303lb competition squat and 275x8 reps, but I'm just getting back to lifting after being off for several months with an SI injury. Just happy I am able to squat pain free again.7 -

Since you are modest and didn't mention that it was a hilly, icy trail half marathon, I will do it for you! Not bad? Freakin' fantastic!12 -
Defeating an Olympic marathoner in a skyscraper stairclimbing race. (To be fair, he's used to running on level ground.)12

I ran my first sub 22 minute 5K in March. Okay, only by a few seconds, but it was good enough to get me my first age group (as in, old ladies over 45) first place finish in a decent sized race, so I was happy.11
-
Nothing major recently tbh. I did my tenth marathon in about 18 months in March.5
-
Admittedly it was only a small local 5k, but on Sunday I finished 4th overall, was the 2nd place woman and 2nd in my age group. I've been placed in my age group a few times now, but this is my first ever gender placing.11

Damn girl.
Most recent. 135x5x4 strict overhead press was a fun one.
Not many PRs since my program kind of advice against testing for them at will3 -
Rowing at least 10k meters a day for 31 days straight in March.4

I cracked into the thousand pound club last week.
275 bench
340 squat
385 dead
I'll be 52 next month and I am delighted to say that I am the strongest I have ever been in my life.9 -

Awesome work! Hella heavy bench compared to everything else.
I just nailed it last month myself
235 bench
345 squat
441 deadlift
My body is definitely designed more to deadlift than anything.4 -
3.5 minute plank on my toes with a spot for posture/form4
-
Deadlifted 215 yesterday. No belt, no wraps.5
-
Cycled my first full marathon last Saturday (77km). Only cycled seriously for 3 and half months.4
-
Big changes this week, moved from office based to working from home. Have treated my former commute time as workout time and upped my exercise and have kept my nutrition on tap. Early days but a good start4
-
Was able to bench 55 lb. on Monday (which is good for my scrawny-armed self) and completed the Shamrock Shuffle 8K in a PR time of 48:22 (three minutes faster than last year)!3
-
I made it through another week... does that count?7

70kg deadlift tonite. I started my heavy programme 6 weeks ago. I also benched 40kg yesterday.1

I finally got up the courage to do Bulgarian split squats with a bar - I'd been sticking exclusively to dumbbells, because I thought it would be easiest to maintain balance and form, but I ran out of heavy enough dumbbells a while ago and was at the point that I could only add volume.
I finally said enough already this week, and did them with a bar the first time. I not only had no problems with balance and form, I also added 15lb and felt like I could have done rather a lot more. I'm excited to be seeing significant progress again (my quads and glutes have been complaining for days, though).4 -
After a few setbacks:
390 bench (it was ugly as sin)
510 squat
550 deadlift
I have more in me on the last two but the bench is my challenge.3 -
Kettle bell swinging with 30 lbs
Can hold 60 sec plank with proper form comfortably
Learned to squat last week with a barbell for the first time with 45 lbs and did 70 lbs this week. I feel like a bad a%$
Able to hold a plank a lot better in TRX without totally dying.
Being able to keep my speed more consistent a lot better in cycling class

I finished a half-marathon in 2 hours and 2 minutes -- A PR for me by 12 minutes. I was SO CLOSE to my ultimate goal of being able to run one under 2 hours....
Oh, I was also able to hold a yoga crow pose for the first time. I have been trying to get into that stupid pose FOREVER. Go me!7 -
A small pr this week whilst cutting
160kg x 6 front squat whilst weighing under 220lb3
