Hello everyone and welcome to those just joining the challenge. I forgot to WI this morning but I weighed when I got home. The scale didn't move this week. I'm hoping it is just because I didn't WI in the morning. Anyway no gain I'll take it. My menu planning and tracking have gone well today. NSV I really didn't want to go to the gym and I didn't but I did do a 21 day fix 30 minute work out. Have an awesome week everyone and good luck as you all WI.

Hi everyone I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. I have had a pretty busy week and forgot to get on here on Monday to post. My WI went well this week I am down 3#. My NSV is that I tracked all week! Tracking has been a problem for me but I decided to make it a priority and it paid off! I have also been working on getting in more water too. My goal this week is to get in all 8-8oz glasses of water each day. Good luck to everyone this week!
