Ahhhh, that middle of the week day again...also known as Closing Shift day for me. It's also freezing here- again. On the plus side, I'm doing pretty good on my workouts, just gotta kick it into higher gear.
Anyone got some warm sun they're willing to share?
While we're not in a heat wave, we'll be pushing low 80's today.

Good morning peeps! Being we are all talking about the weather, I will add my 2 cents. It is going to be 70 today and tomorrow and then 50s on the weekend. But we will have sunshine, so I won't complain.
Happy Wednesday/Hump Day to all of you.

Morning folks! Lovely day that started before the sun was up, burning some calories. Love to see that sun shine!3

Going from fattabulous to fabulous!
Hey y'all! I'm 37, a single mom of 2 teenagers, and have struggled with weight all of my life. Y'all have all heard the sad stories people have about their past so I won't divulge mine but I will say that I also struggle with depression and have been learning to manage that for nearly 30 years now.
I am here to hopefully lose half of my body weight. I've lost 18 lb so far in the past 2 months and I'm trying to keep that Trend going. This is more or less A Journey For Me not to necessarily look better but to avoid the health pitfalls of being obese like high blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes.
I'm pushing 40 and for the first time in my life I realized that my weight and the consequences of that could prevent me from seeing my children grow into adults and parents themselves and Ever Getting to meet my grandchildren. I know that there are no guarantees in life but I want to do everything that is in my control to live a long, healthy, and happy life.
Most of everyone I know I have never struggled with weight loss to the extent that I have and the ones that have aren't interested in losing weight so I am hoping to find like-minded people interested in a support network that is both inspiring and helps keep each other accountable.
Please, add me if the sounds like you!:-)5 -

I was in Tucson for a while when I was in the AF. I'll take that dry heat ANY day over the humid heat of Alabama.1 -

I agree... I'll wear my oven mitt driving gloves and just remind myself if that this summer.0 -
I agree with @RandJ6280 dry heat is way better! It gets pretty humid in Virginia too.
