Caldo verde. (Potato soup with collard greens). But I accidentally bought Mexican chorizo to put in it--I didn't realize that until tonight when I was preparing it. I decided to just use it and it would be a spicy soup instead. It was tasty. I used a different brand of chicken broth which really wasn't very good, so the spice made up for that. Not traditional but it was delicious.2
