OoooH! I gotta try the spinach one! thnx mike'sgirl:glasses:
No problem. You don't really taste the spinach. It's so good. Sometimes I add a little shredded coconut and pineapple so make it more like a pina colada! It's delicious :)

These all sound delicious! One of my favorites is a chocolate peanut butter, banana one

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 frozen banana
1 to 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder
add everything to the blender with a couple ice cubes whirl to perfection! So yummy for about 250 calories

This is my fave - Very Berry Protein Smoothie

    1/4 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup, plain, lowfat yogurt
    1/4 cup raspberries
    1/4 cup blackberries
    1/4 cup blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I love Designer Whey French Vanilla)

Put all ingredients in blender and mix to desired thickness.

I also recommend adding a tablespoon of flaxseed to add some fiber.

I added this recipe into the database so if you enter in Very Berry Protein Smoothie (Oxygen Magazine), it already has all the nutritional information.

I drink this a few times a day. It's a smootie though, and omg I love it!

1 half a Jamba Juice - Strawberries Wild bag (equal to 1 serving)
4 fresh strawberries (that I froze myself, bought fresh just because I know they're not like months old, and frozen because it makes it more smootie-like instead of juice-like)
1/2 a cup of fresh blueberries (frozen by me as well)
1/2 a serving of my husbands Strawberries and Cream Muscle Milk
1 1/2 cup of Simply Apple, Apple Juice
    1/2 cup of 1% milk
    sometimes 1/3rd banana

This gives me about 200 calories per serving (two servings when made with my recipe) and keeps the hunger pain away. That's probably too many calories for smaller people, but it works for me :)

Mine seems pretty boring compared to some of these! They all sound delicious. I need to start adding spinach to mine again, you really can't taste it.

1 1/2 cup of Coconut Kefir (I can't do dairy and I want the probiotic benefits)
1 cup frozen fruit (berries and or banana)
1 1/2 scoop 365 Whey Protein (vanilla usually)
    2 tbsp flax meal

If I'm craving something sweet, I'll make a chocolate one using chocolate almond milk, chocolate protein powder and possibly a banana and a tbsp of natural peanut butter.
