Having my abs actually show for the first time in my life. Im currently at 22 bmi and approximetly 15% bodyfat4

I am 9 lbs from original goal. But my mini goal is to fit into the suit I bought 28 years ago just before my wedding. I figure I need to drop another 15lbs.9

I have hit three weight-related mini goals since January - the next is to get from 157 to 152. Five pounds at a time here!6

To hit 108 kg (moving down to obese class 1), I’m currently at 114. I’m hoping I accomplish this in the next 5 weeks.
My other mini goal is starting to take the stairs at work (5 floors) having exclusively used the stairs at home (4 floors) for the last month or so.7 -
My mini goal is to be under 160 pounds by May 3rd. I have 2.2 pounds and 10 days to go to achieving that goal. My next mini goal will be to be under 150.

To regain my grip on this. Have been slacking off with logging and exercising. Have been hovering around the same 5lb range since November.
Time to get back to it and focus.
I would like to get below 170lbs before end of May8 -
I'd really like to be under 200. I keep bouncing off it, have been under a couple of days, but I'd like to really break through 200 for good. Working on a 1/2 marathon so more into feeding my runs, but man it would be nice. Scale was 200.2 this morning.7

Weight goal- 9 pounds from my GOAL WEIGHT
Fitness goal- I want to run for 30 minutes straight. I got up to 25 minutes but then had gallbladder surgery. I've worked my way back up to 17 minutes, but I want 30!!9 -
My first weight mini-goal is to get back into the 150's, which is technically 1.8 lbs away.
Hopefully I will get my last surgical drain removed tomorrow (mini-goal for sure!)
Then I'll go on to having activity goals again, starting with building up daily lunch walks. I've had to use my lunch breaks to nap just to make it through the day so maybe making it through a full day without a nap will do for starters.6 -
I'm visiting family next week in South Carolina so my mini goal is to stay on track with eating and exercising until I leave. My brother is in the military and has been overseas for a year and a half, in which I've lost 75 pounds, and I can't wait to see his reaction!12

I just bought a beige trench coat on sale for just £2 which is too small for me but I'm determined to fit into it in time for Autumn.
Posted this on 10th March. I tried on the coat today and I can actually button it up! It's still a bit too small for me to wear yet but I'm shocked to even be able to fasten it so soon.12 -
