Tried tapping for the first time yesterday. Seems to work okay.

You've got me intrigued! What is it?

Tapping involves tapping your fingers along the meridians of your body (according to Chinese medicine). It struck me as woo-ish, which is why I haven't tried it before, but some of the meditations that go with tapping do help shift thinking away from food, and keeping your hands busy when you're hungry is a good idea. :)

I atr after dinner, and was over, but not by much. I wasn't out of control; I baked stuff for friends tomorrow and had to test just one. :)

Goals for next month to focus on LNS and meeting weekly macros versus daily calorie intake.

The Journal of Obesity has an article on the hormonal link between eating later in the day and overconsumption. The hunger hormone gherlin is higher (especially with stress). Plus, the peptide YY (hormone feeling full) is lower.

Good for you! I read somewhere that nothing tastes as good as the first bite and I've found that to be true. Sometimes that keeps me from gobbling the whole thing if I can convince myself quickly enough.
