How is everyone doing so far? The first week is almost over, stay strong! First weigh in on Monday for those of us that weigh in on Mondays!
I had one not so good day this week but all other days have been good. Trying to finish the week strong!3 -
I’m doing good, weighing in on Monday and keeping my fingers crossed that my hard work has changed the number. Been under calories all week so far and been burning around 2/300 calories a day through exercise. Slipped myself into some trousers that didn’t fit 2 weeks ago so I know I’m making progress and hopefully I’ll hit the target I’ve set myself for 7 weeks time.2

I'm in. 6'0, active male , exercise 3-4 times a week. Goal is 1 pound per week. Averaging 1560 calories a day.

I'm in, a week late I only lose weight through diet, rarely exercise so this will be a challenge!
I'm in the UK and use kg so use a converter to change to lbs!
