How is everyone doing so far? The first week is almost over, stay strong! First weigh in on Monday for those of us that weigh in on Mondays!
I had one not so good day this week but all other days have been good. Trying to finish the week strong!3 -
I’m doing good, weighing in on Monday and keeping my fingers crossed that my hard work has changed the number. Been under calories all week so far and been burning around 2/300 calories a day through exercise. Slipped myself into some trousers that didn’t fit 2 weeks ago so I know I’m making progress and hopefully I’ll hit the target I’ve set myself for 7 weeks time.2

A week late - will work on 7 in 72 -
I'm in. 6'0, active male , exercise 3-4 times a week. Goal is 1 pound per week. Averaging 1560 calories a day.

I'm in, a week late I only lose weight through diet, rarely exercise so this will be a challenge!
I'm in the UK and use kg so use a converter to change to lbs!

Hoping to lose. Am glad I found this challenge. Never have done it before. Never felt like doing it alone..
Update week 1 : I was wanting to lose weight but struggling to start so I started early morning walks in the park, nothing fast or even brisk, just a relaxing walk for 30 mins, because I didn't want to start with a bang doing everything, cardio, weight training, core exercises and then too tired to continue it even for a week. And also it made me very hungry. So I ended up eating more and gaining weight. So am going to take it slow this time. Week 1 was good. Hoping I continue good healthy diet paired with morning walks..5 -

The real challenge is going to be breaking through 290 I've gotten down to this point before and was unable to break through to the 280s. I'm gonna challenge myself to not weigh myself daily, but it's so hard.4 -
