Happy Monday (it's a rare Monday that it's not an oxymoron). Successful weekend, Saturday chest, shoulders, back and spinning, Sunday biceps, triceps, legs, and elliptical. Didn't go off the rails food-wise either. Today not sure of what cardio, but Bodypump class. Not sure how it's possible, but it's freezing cold again in NJ. I don't care. I'm in cropped jeans and mules. #nomorewinter. Carpe Diem.4

Happy Monday! I feel like I ate like *kitten* and didn't workout at all this week, but still dropped about 5lbs. The body is a confusing thing!1

Great Monday group ~ I had a great cardio day this morning. And trust me... after grilling out... I did tend to over do it... YIKES..... but ohhhh so tasty. Burgers, brauts, chops, corn.... I love grilling. But now time to buckle down.
Summer is just around the corner, and if I want to feel comfortable at the beach... I need to be serious.1 -

Ok, this day is DONE.... time to go home and burn some more calories on this gorgeous day.... for there is yard work to be done... and until the heat and the humidity of the deep South is in full swing... I'm ready for the task at hand.
